Dina did a great job grooming Brandi! She was on time and took her time getting to know Brandi prior to grooming her for the 1st time. Love her haircut!

Do not use this groomer! We very clearly told her NOT to cut the hair on our dog’s body, just trim her face. We wanted her hair long for the winter. Dina clipped her hair very short. When we asked her why she did it, she said it was curly and didn’t lay right. That wasn’t up to her to decide. She should have consulted with us before clipping her!

I wanted to love this place. Images look amazing! I emailed for hair and makeup for my mother. told her I need an early appointment and she was able to accommodate! All was wonderful until we got there and it took her all of 15min to style an updo (looked decent) and no makeup! She said she didn't get my email regarding makeup. I had emailed about both. But what got me was she didn't accommodate just apologized. It took 15 min for hair why couldn't you take the rest of the hair appointment for makeup? Two events that my mother needs to attend and now we can't find a last minute makeup appointment. Oh and her machine didn't work to charge-said it was my card, we tried a second card and still said it was my card? Her machine was working yesterday! Way to make us feel worthless! Appreciate the time but not worth bad customer service.
