About Concentra Urgent Care
Concentra Urgent Care offers occupational health services such as injury care, physical therapy, drug testing, physical exams, urgent care and preventive wellness programs. Service was great, excellent and very professional. The staff is caring and respectful, and the place is clean. Wait times can be long because many people come in, but the experience is still good. A staff member was super nice and friendly, and needles felt almost painless. Nurses are professional, though some doctors may be unprofessional and rude. Arriving early and completing documents on a phone helps keep appointments on time. Overall, the facility is clean and staff is great.

It was a workman's compensation visit and the visit was excellent.

Service was great, excellent and very professional.
I have nothing bad to say about the staff.
Only concern is that take a long time for results to be deliver to the employer.
But I will recommend Concentra to others.
