i went into make a return on some pillows that i was not satisfied with and charlotte l. in customer service was incredibly patient and helpful. it had been a while since i purchased the pillows and i no longer had my receipt. fortunately charlotte was able to locate my purchase with no trouble at all. throughout the process she was very personable by relating to bad pillow experiences in the past and how it makes a difference in a good night's rest. i left with $80 back. i shared with her that i just purchased a great set from costco yesterday, the brand hotel grand, she was very pleased to hear. thank you for today's service, charlotte!

Website says 100% guarantee no questions asked for return. RUSSELL 1988. Gave me a a blank stare and asked what happened? He rolled his eyes. He checked product and said you used it. He had a mad look. He then tossed my CC on the machine gave me receipt and said nothing. If he had asked me one more question, I was getting ready to say something. He should not be dealing with customers.....

Worst customer service at the tire sales. I came in two hours before they closed and rude af. Worker was to lazy and would not change my tire for having a nail in it. Tire place was not busy and he was just overall rude. Spent 40 min waiting to have a donut put on when that could of been for my tire his name is Tou Yang worthless and lazy

My long story began by ordering a Samsung dishwasher online from Costco. This was May of 2021. The delivery was quick . They dropped the large container into my living room and left. I had to call to find out when it would be installed and was told that the installation was done by an outside service. Nearly 3 weeks later and severs phone calls later it was installed. It worked perfectly the first time. This purchase took place as part of a whole kitchen remodel. After several months of the plumbing and electricity being unused, I tried to use the dishwasher again. It would not work. This was the end of summer around August. Since the contractor had not touched the dishwasher I contacted Costco again. Each of these calls is very lengthy as they have to put you on hold and transfer you several times. They decided that the Samsung repair service was appropriate to send out. They arrived and stated that they couldn't touch an installed unit. So another cal to Costco to come and uninstall the dishwasher so it could be examined by Samsung. More time passed and the uninstall took place. Samsung came out again and said there was nothing they could do. Another couple of hours on the line to Costco and they refused to pick up the unit and credit my account because it was now passed the timeframe for return. Several weeks later the original installer came out and reinstalled with a new power cord and the unit finally worked. Costco promised some type of a 50 dollar compensation which I never received. Never again will I order anything online from Costco!!!!

I came in today to return an item I purchased online but changed my mind about. I never opened the box. The return clerk throughly checked the box contents to make sure everything was there and it was! Refund credited back to my purchasing debit card. I then went to purchase a few items that was on my list. Mainly fresh meats to vacuum seal away into my freezer. There were food sample stations and I was good at not being tempted by them except for the sweet lady that was representing Tillamook cheese. I could not say no to her! I was happy to see they carry a Bang Energy variety pack of 24 for $34 dollars. It comes out to about $1.47 per can versus $2.09 elsewhere. I also stocked up on some Keto snacks and a bad of Cadbury Easter Eggs. I heard another shopper comment to her family member "we better buy the Easter candy now because I bet in another week, it's going to be gone". Right now since it's currently the end of March, they are selling all the summer things you would like, Traeger grills, Igloo ice chests of various sizes and of course; fans. Like many trips to Costco, I ended up spending over $300. I try not to make a habit of shopping here because I will always go way over budget. But I do like picking up my staples in bulk. The only unpleasantry I had experienced today was that a woman with a baby strapped on her was going up and down the aisles asking for money. She then approached me for a second time in the parking lot forgetting she had already asked me inside. I imagine she was not a Costco member and just snuck in with another shopper to pretend she was a guest if the "shopper". I heard another woman report the woman to a staff member that was collecting carts but I guess there really isn't anything Costco can do about it.

Well worth it wait and gold! I Really appreciate being able to go to Costco and get the items that are used most frequently in bulk. And the store was nicely organized and was fully stocked with the warehouse items that are staples for many households. Toilet paper paper towels laundry detergent and fabric softener and two packs of pastry are always on my Costco list and I know I can find them at all the different locations. The only downside is that the gasoline line is always long but they have a long line so it goes pretty fast. Their quality was quality of gasoline is very good for upscale cars as well This is the one place I can go that I know I will get shoes socks underwear clothes food flowers all in the same place. I also enjoy getting vitamins and supplements from Costco as well. It is ideal for families with young children because you can buy wipes and diapers in bulk there for a good price. Costco is one of the guilty pleasures of many moms for the right reasons they also have mini electronics in their return policy is very good. Most of their electronics come with a warranty and service for any repairs that need to be done. They also have an app that you can have your card electronically programmed into and use to enter the store with.

Costco is a Super Store that I absolutely love! However tonight Costco broke my heart! I was waiting for my turn in the self checkout. And as we all know Costco can be very busy especially close to closing. And I understand feeling over whelmed because of the lines. However, an associate by the name of DAVE was so RUDE! He started by telling me to move up and I was a bit slow because their was an older lady standing close. Well, DAVE pulled my cart almost hitting the older lady! I apologized for that! After pulling my cart he instantly told me to hurry because there was a long line behind me so I had to move fast. DAVE in an instant started scanning my items and told me to start scanning the rest. I was completely lost in the transaction so, I started removing all the items so I could figure out what still needed to be scanned. DAVE again raised his voice at me telling me " You're doing it wrong!" DAVE took a few steps toward me making me very uncomfortable because he was VERY close to me. I told DAVE I was laying items out so I could figure out what items were scanned and which needed to be scanned. DAVE told me to hurry and again I was doing it wrong. I told him please take a few steps back because he was making me uncomfortable and please allow me to carry on with my own "system" of ringing up the items I have. DAVE in a raised voice told me " What you are doing is wrong!" DAVE continued to carry on loudly in a raised voice causing attention to us and it was overwhelming and very unsettling and very embarrassing. He told me Stop what you are doing because your "system" is wrong and you are going to slow there is a line behind you! The register blinked to : Please remove item from area .. ( I'm not sure of the Exact wording ) it seemed as if DAVE took a lot of satisfaction of that! DAVE said almost instantly.. I told you ... your " system" is wrong! Throughout this whole ordeal he never took a step back until I raised my voice and told him " Sir! Please step back you are making me uncomfortable." So, in a hurry I continued and finished my purchase. Spoke to the manager on duty and explained to him what I just went through. From the start of this ordeal until I walked away. DAVE watched me like a hawk! And that was very traumatic to me being I suffer from high anxiety and my PTSD was in over drive. I started sweating, everything was going black like tunnel vision, the only thing I could feel was DAVE starting at me. I felt as DAVE was looking through me. When I was walking out and got my receipt checked, I missed 2 items! I again I was embarrassed I explained what happened and I apologized. I am so extremely appreciative of the associate named Adrian who kindly escorted me while apologizing for the ordeal I just went through! I paid for the items missed and he walked with me to the exit. Adrain offered me some water because I was so upset. And I suffer from seizures and the stress of what DAVE did set off my anxiety and PTSD and I was praying that I would've have a seizure due to the stress of the encounter! I'm sorry for this long post.... But I was extremely Upset with DAVE and super appreciative of ADRAIN for actually calmed me down. So PLEASE BEWARE of DAVE! He is NOT a nice person! He is SUPER RUDE! He'll scan your items without your permission or knowledge. And PLEASE Costco! PLEASE retrain DAVE in customer service!! Thank you all for taking the time for reading this ....

For some reason, this Costco really pushes HARD for members to sign up for the credit card. Whenever I'm up in the line, I'm always asked by a member whether or not I already have the credit card. I don't really mind for myself, however, what really bothered me was when the employee approached a mom and her teenage daughter behind me. The mom let the employee know that she already had the credit card. The employee proceeded to ask the daughter if she had the Costco credit card, to which she said no and stated she didn't think she was old enough yet. She then states she was 18, and the employee jumped on that, immediately letting her know that she could sign up for a credit card at 18! He then proceeds to tell her all the benefits of the card, and lets her know she'll be good as long as she makes the minimum payments on the card every month. MINIMUM PAYMENTS?! Teaching 18 year olds that credit card debt is okay is not okay with me. Please do better.

Employees are always so helpful friendly. Bought our TV here and there was so many to choose from, the guy working in that department was helpful and so very knowledgeable of the products, it made our choices easier to to choose the best one one suited for us. Thank you!

I have an executive card for Costco and it use to mean that I could make two transactions when purchasing at the store. Today I needed to pick up M&M's for the vending machine and water for myself. The "supervisor" Jason wouldn't allow it. I have done this since I started shopping at Costco it was a big reason why I got the executive card. What a joke.

This is the only store that I cannot pay my grocery and clothes separated. They have a policy that is only one receipt. That is so weird because In San Jose, I always pay separated my groceries and my clothes separated and I can get more than 2 receipts. Not good

I was due for some new glasses, and decided to try Costco this time. I walked in I was greeted right away by a glasses technician, she gave me the scoop on pulling the frames once you touch them you put them in a container so they can clean them in between people trying on the frames. They made it super easy for me to purchase my new glasses, I actually bought two pair one regular pair of glasses and then a second pair of sunglasses. My prescription is pretty strong and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the price of my two pair of glasses. They came in faster than the technician said they would. When I went in to pick up the glasses they were pretty busy but everyone working the counter make sure to make eye contact as everyone came up and pulled a number. They were all very polite thanked us for going to the Eye Center and let us know that they will be with us as soon as possible. It was a very pleasant experience and I would get my next set of glasses from them

First of all I wanna say stay far away from there hearing department. There booth that's should be sound proof isn't! When getting tested all you hear is noise from the outside. So you don't get the best test needed. Also was explained to me I was to get the Costco aids at $1,499 then they said no you need the more expensive Phillips aids at $1,899 commissions? Then I had a scheduled appointment when I arrive with paperwork showing my date and time they tell me wrong day and have to come back another day to pick up hearing aids! I had enough I got a credit canceled and left. Go to a reputable Audiologist!
