1/04/24 Really happy to be a Costco member! Came to check this one out! Last one in town. also to pick up lunch! Apparently they carry different goods from others. Unfortunately, they didn't have the poke we saw earlier and luckily, another does have it. Still got chicken tacos that look good for a lunch next week! Safe, clean, practiced & busy! Self-checkout and the worker that helped that area was kind. Good service & store! Recommended!

A few days ago a southern belle named Ashley told me about some instant sticky rice Costco sells. I told her I was making some and how long it takes to soak. If she wasn't so sweet at check out I'd never know about it. It's saved me so much time cooking for the holidays! Little things make such a big difference. Merry Christmas to her

I loved shopping at Costco, but when they're raking in millions in profits, they don't care how horrible your shopping experience is. You know why that is true. How come you won't see anyone responding to any negative or positive comments posted on Yelp? If they really cared, they would at least create an AI system to respond to any negative or positive comments posted for them. I had a horrible checkout experience with the cashier named Danna. No Hi, no, thank you, just a bunch of yawning from her. Doesn't your employee break room have vending machines that sell energy drinks or coffee provided for employees? I have a suggestion for Costco vending machines: have your own Kirkland signature energy drinks and beverages products and sell them for customers to buy. The other woman who assisted her was helpful and polite, but I didn't get a chance to look at her name tag. I thought Costco had a strict hiring process, but nowadays I just see more slackeroos. Do better, Costco.

Maybe today was not a good day? I will sit now that I calmed down a bit to say that Costco on Shaw and 99 has been a great service to the community with extensive offerings. It is unfortunate that they continue to raise their membership fees and prices due to who knows? Today I went to use the self check out, thinking I was going to get out quickly,but instead I ended up wait on the clerk who was not very observant of the light flashing or machine saying someone will be with you . Costco these machines do not belong in this store! It is too noisy and very distracting for whomever has to monitor these registers. Put your staff back to work and do away with these inconvenient labor saving tactics that don't work. This is why we pay more now? I feel the clerk that ignored me today and passed by me while I waited patiently for service and my light kept blinking. My son even went to use the restroom and came back and there I was still waiting while your store manager Nicco just blew me off and went to talk with his buddy until he finally noticed I was standing there and asked, do you need help? No apologies or sympathy for keeping us waiting. What a joke! Then he went on saying you didn't say anything. If I ever come back, mind you if. Costco is going to here me all the way to the fairgrounds because I am going to yell incredibly loud for your incompetence. So that being said. Don't fire your new manager Nicco. Or if that is his name? He was not even wearing a name badge. He only told me his name after I left with my back turned to him. That too was not very professional as was his rude attitude. People and companies more concerned about the hustle and profits are forgetting about customer service. The true building block of any foundation that all businesses use standing today. Goodluck on your new superstore if it ever gets built..

If I could give negative 10 stars I would! I stayed in Fresno from out of town attending a party. I stopped by Costco at 945am to order 10 pizzas. They asked if I could come back at 3pm and I said perfect. I get there at 300 and they said I told them 4. First of all, y'all told me to come back at 3, not me. They said to give them 20 more minutes. 20 min turned to 40 min. I went back to the window and they told me my order was next. Then one of the workers came out to the line and talked to one of his friends. 5 min later, the friend went to the window and the worker gave him 10 pizzas! I immediately went to the window and they said he also has a big order. I said I came at 945. He said he did too! But I said...that was clearly one of your friends you were talking to him in line! He didn't know what to say...and I had to wait longer because those were my pizzas they gave away. Worst and unorganized Costco I have ever been to!

Decided to try the New Strawberry soft serve ice cream from foodcourt today and it did not disappoint! It was very good. Even put it in freezer for about 3 hours until I was able to sit and enjoy it. The consistency did not change. It did not harden and it has that smooth, airy feel. The flavor was very good, I would say the flavor is very similar to Dennys strawberry milkshake. Would definable purchase again!

Dealt with this pharmacy for years. My experience has always been respectful, friendly and helpful. Always had my questions answered promptly. Anytime I’ve needed follow up of any sort it has been accomplished.

Now that they have the self Che k out I can go there more often. I hate the lines. The people are usually nice and do t just tell you where the item is but take you to it.

The women with short hair working Saturday at the frames/glasses rude and snarky. My husband was picking out some frames and I ask about mens section. She was annoyed did not even try to hide it. Tells me the sections like I was bugging her. Hubby asked her about lenses and again very rude explaining like she was getting her teeth pulled. The tone in this women's voice was she really hates her job.

Lisa at self checkout and the bleached strand has the worst customer service. She blatantly lied about how transactions work and said there was a sign when the sign said all you had to do is verify your membership. The manager ended up letting us do two separate transactions. Learn to do your job and not lie to customers. Definitely needs retraining on customer service skills, never felt more attacked at Costco before. Do better.

Bought rexton hearing aids at Costco and they are terrible.. not adjustable and doesn't even come close to their advertising. Went back in to Costco and they said you have to start over and spend another $$1600. Total bull!!! And they couldn't care lessq

Uh who don't luv Costco cuz I gotta meet em? Look I can take u thru all of the departments and breakdown why they deserve all of the Luv but I'm not. I'm just gonna say this , customers service is and has always been top priority if anyone didn't know. This location abides by this religiously. Can I mention the food court tho? Man oh man! Two words... chicken bake! Buy in bulk. That's it that's all!!! Five Starz.

Customer service!! They stop me at the door and tell me i didn't pay for 3 items. I told them it was the "gift of membership" pull out 3 separate mini receipts of proof of purchase and they tell me "no thats not it". They call a supervisor who should not be a supervisor. Im upset because i spent $400 and paid for everything!! Its embarrassing being held up and accused for something i didnt do. Then the supervisor is on the defense putting his hand up saying "let me count ma'am,cashiers make mistakes let me count" he said that 4 times!! Find a solution because i didn't steal!! Then 10 minutes of me looking like a thief and they say oh it must be the "gift of membership"!!! What a joke. And no apology from them. COSTCO RETRAIN YOUR TEAM.!! While 3 people were focused on me, there were probably people who were actually stealing!! Train your management staff!! Train them on how to deal with an upset customer! How not to make it worse!! Train,train,train. There are many programs available. You need any guidance reach out to me, ill point you in the right direction costco!!!
