Was overcrowded. Parking was horrible. But it was a day when everyone wanted to finish shopping early as it was a hot day later.

I have been shopping in this Costco for over 25 years. Never had a problem with any employee as a matter of fact, I I thought they were the most professional until I met the cashier Mercedes, she has an attitude and disrespect customers . I don’t know how she’s working there.

Very busy location. Traffic and parking leaves much to be desired. Mateo, the representative associate for T-mobile, inside Costco, was excellent in providing help in purchasing new cell services.

Took my car in to have a tire patched do to a nail. It being Sunday most tire service places are closed until Monday. Took my car to Costco and was told to drop it off and pay the fee and it will take 3-4 hours since I didn't have an appointment so I did. I get a call that they were unable to patch the tire. They did not refund money even tho it was cheap I still didn't get the service I paid for. The workers didn't do anything wrong but the process needs to be worked out a bit.
1. I should be refunded/ given future service since I paid and didn't get a repair
2. The entrance should be easier to access if you are only going to tire department and not shopping that was a hassle to get thru the shoppers and cash registers and they block off most of it. Tire dept. is near the exit.
3. They should inspect cars to make sure they can repair before having people drop it off

Although the area around this Costco is getting rough, I always find what I need, including great quality products for a great price. The employees that have worked here for years are always welcoming and helpful, especially Hermila.

Costco is costco. Went in for dog food and laundry soap...... left 300 bucks later.. lol
