My Eggs were mostly all bad, they were like watery, I cooked them, till my mom used my eggs and informed me my eggs were bad and almost towards the end of my box I got a black egg.

Great for buying stuff but when it comes to the food court you can’t get a hold of anyone to even place an order for pizza. Sure they not that busy to answer a call. Worst part of costco food court is employees choosing not to pick up paying customers calls to place orders.

I bought a pound cake a week ago on sale for about $5. I have kept going back the last few days and there hasn't been anymore. I asked the bakery when they will have poundcakes and they informed the they have to sell the lemon-bluberry cakes first so probably not for a few days. That makes no sense. Plus blueberry-lemon cakes are $9. It's summer and strawberry season. What are you doing Costco?

Probably the best Costco we’ve ever been to. The design or layout of the parking is well planned out for pedestrian safety. The food court is Inside which is a better idea for extreme weather days and the kiosks for ordering food were user friendly. Even the ceiling inside this location felt higher (if that’s possible) than our local Costco. It was a clean well organized store. All the apparel tables were very well stacked and the checkout lines were short!

They skipped me from my order. I asked if they had my order two times. However, other people got their pizza before me. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for one pizza.
I went to this place again. However, this time I called them to order ahead, but they never picked up.

I usually go to the Costco on Abby or Shaw/Clovis, but I was on this side of town. I asked for directions to the paper towel section and the employee I asked just pointed to the aisle next to her and said "It should be somewhere over there," then proceeded to continue talking to her friend. However, the paper towel platform was completely empty. I would have thought that if she had just checked that section, she would have known that the paper towels were out of stock.
Also, there were towels under the cheese refrigerator as if it had been broken earlier. Not sure if the products in that section were safe to eat...
