Never buy insurance in cricket for your phones and even less in this branch since the staff, just to sell, does not explain how it should be and you end up throwing away your insurance money.

I had a great experience with amayrani she helped with everything I need help with she was a life saver she has helped me with any phone problems when she was working at first and shields she is amazing hard worker who needs a raise and is definitely manager material !!!

The location itself isn’t in a great neighborhood, but you’d never know it from the inside. The store is kept clean and the lady’s are so nice and helpful. I came in for a simple troubleshooting problem and Jessica walked me through on how to fix the problem in case it happened again. Everytime I come in here I always feel welcomed. I’ll continue to come back and refer all my family and friends.

I just went in and asked if they had any promotions on phones for Thanksgiving or if they start tomorrow, the lady looked like she was in a bad mode and asked me: "who told you our promotions start tomorrow" I told her: " I'm not saying they start tomorrow I'm asking if they start tomorrow" and she said: "no our promotions start tomorrow" all rude with a nasty attitude, she couldn't even look at me the whole time. NOT coming back to this location
