This closing hours are 7 pm, I get there 7 minutes before closing and the doors are locked…the lady unlocked the door to let a customer in and told me they were closedWhere’s the customer service?

You can't pay with a card because then they want to register you for automatic payments I went to another cricket and had no problems

They say for us to pay our bill before midnight but yet give us a different time zone when that’s not our time zone. And find out our phones are shut off before the bill is actually due. Cricket needs to update their automatic text message system and time zone!!
