Went there and the manager Vanessa opened a box for a earpiece to try on .she was touching it all over. Never once said. That once you tried it you buyed itI ask her about that store policy she said if you don't pay what the price isThey ban you insteadThat's the way they make there sellsI was going to go spend 500 or more on progressive leasing. But they lost a sellIt's okI will buy my accessories somewhere elseThey banned me because I wouldn't pay there. $25.00 feeIt's like extortion if you try you buy it not psy for it they ban youI am about ready to switch my service to someone elseI have been with them over 15 yearsIf I find something betterI am gone

This place is the absolute worst cell phone place in fresno. They took my 60$ to activate my own phone. After the transaction was completed. They explained to me that the phone was not unlocked and they could not refund my 60$ bacause transaction was completed.Phone was for my 16 yr old daughter who saved up the money for 6 months to purchased the unlocked phone.

I happen to be walking into the store on cedar & Shields in Fresno CA. Knowing the fact that the agent at the store is very busy and multitasking helping many of those people in the store was hard to see! thought to myself, she must be doing a great job, and that's why there are so many customers coming in/out. Leslie was all by herself, helping at least 10 people during my visit into the store, she had a beautiful face on her look, and as well she immediately walked out to me with a great attitude, said how may I help you! I then, began to tell her what I need exactly for today, she then began doing everything she could to assist me ASAP. I just want to say that, I'm very happy with this person, helping me getting a brand new phone, that is fitable, and suitable for my desire wish! wished, there were more people like Leslie in this world, that could be very beneficial and helpful to others. just very thankful thank you so much Leslie. Cedar & Shields cricket retail store located at the cross streets on cedar & Shields place California Fresno county. thank you cricket and LesLie. she did her best and I am super happy today always forever because of her outstanding job she did.. ?
