I am very annoyed it took the employee over an hour to take my payment there was only one employee and one computer working she was helping another customer to purchase a phone she took forever if you have all day to waste your time this is the place to be.

Seriously love it here. i went down there with my friends grandma to pay her phone bill so I just was looking around to see what deals they have. I then started the process of getting one of their phones, but I didn't end up going through with it due to financial reasons. So i thought i wasnt getting a new phone. But luckily the girl was super cool and worked with me, and I still left with a Samsung Galaxy A15 5G (: i forget her name but she's the one with the blonde hair. So if you ever need to go down to the cricket store in-person, go to this location and I'm sure you'll leave happier than you were when you walked in. I rate her customer service 100/10 ❤️

Really good... eberlin helped me she's really nice , talkative she wasn't rude how the other girls are at the other cricket stores ... this one is by subway in the ampm center ... we got 2 phones for my daughter's... thanks so much again for all your help ask for eberlin I hope I spelled that correctly...
