I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give credit where it’s due. Ayman at this Cricket store gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. He was friendly, professional, and really knew what he was doing. He took his time to explain everything and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. You don’t get that kind of help everywhere—thank you, Ayman!

Very disappointed! They did not honor their warranty on the screensaver I purchased. They said it had a lifetime warranty. When I went to have it replaced they said I needed the receipt. I brought in the receipt and they said I needed the original box. The box was never given to me because they put the screen saver on my phone when I purchased it. They said their employees had given me incorrect information and one of them had been fired. Not my problem. I relied on what they said at the time of purchase.

Best customer service , super friendly and knowledgeable! The manager Miguel helped me get in and out super quick ! He even helped me find a great plan option that fit my needs 10/10 highly recommend !

Came into this store a few days ago because my phone broke. They helped me out with making a claim to get my phone fixed. I also bought a new phone and another line.
Both staff members were super cool and friendly. Thank you both, very much.

New advocates at this location! Giovanni and Jenny are the b#mb shibom!! Easy to talk to, knowledgeable and they create an easy going shopping experience. They love their job (can't find that anymore). Deals and deals, need I say more? Come and meet this awesome team and walk away with a great phone for a great price!!!
