So I went into cricket for a screen protector for my wife's phone. 35.00 bucks later I had the perfect one. I feel 35.00 is way too expensive but you know how everyone has to stick it to you because they can, so why not cricket wireless also. Although I found the exact same ones on shields and West at .99 and more store for 2.99 but that was 2 day's later. I would suggest searching high and low before going into cricket wireless.

The service at this location by representative “Jenny” was horrible. She was extremely rude and incompetent. The girls that work at the Sierra Vista Mall location have been terrific for years.

Enrique was able to assist me with my phone issues. I highly recommend the location on shaw and Blackstone. They are always friendly and with great attitude.

I was having a difficult issue with a different location they told me to go see their manager Enrique at a different store and that he was there at that moment so I went over there. When I got there we were greeted by an extremely nice gentleman. He was very knowledgeable and very kind and resolve my issue 100%. He explained everything to us and was able to reverse the original confusion that we had over the last several days with the other cricket location. Enrique was awesome and I will only shop at this cricket with him because I know he is honest and fair. He gave us first contact resolution, and offered us additional assistance. What was so different about Enrique is that he truly seem to care and he did not rush us out of the store. He simply stay calm connected with the customer and resolved our issue. Excellent job Enrique I hope you get promoted.

Bought three phones and none of them worked. The staff couldn't care less. During one of my visits I was spoken to so disrespectfully I walked out. Take your business up he road to the Pinedale location where the staff actually knows how to do their job and treats you with respect.

Employees were friendly. I thought my phone screen was cracked but it was my screen saver replaced that I was done, then he actually took time to go online enrollment he helped me lower my monthly bill saving $30 a month ?

Ok so I have been a customer with Cricket off and on since early 2000s when it was a new company. At that time I resided in Tucson Arizona. These days I reside in Fresno California and have been back with Cricket since early 2021. When I bought my new phone I went ahead and put the glass cover. Boy am I glad I did that! Well after so long recently the damage begin making it catch on things so I dropped in at this location. I let the person at the register know I am looking for the glass for my particular phone. I showed it to her and she immediately guessed the correct phone. By this time a gentleman had came out and I said boy you guys are good! Didnt catch her name but she quickly said she didnt have it. I thought to myself oh no did she even try? But that's when the gentleman jumped in and saved the day! He said "are you sure?" I was right because she then gave him attitude and said "I didn't see any!" I said wow! I turned my attention to The gentleman. He was busy with something else because he had a phone in his hand but he can see that I needed his help. He went to the back and came out with the last one. I am so grateful he took the time to look for it thank you! At that point I began to consider my upgrade. He then gave me the Rundown on the best option at that store for an upgrade. It was nice but I decided to make that decision at another time. He even gave me a tiny discount because I wasn't prepared for the slightly higher cost. Much appreciated man thanks.
