Cricket is so slow and lazy reading on their knowledge. I feel like they are robbing people with their lies. Making you purchase items that you don't need and not wanting to give you a full refund when you come in to return the items that you bought from them.
I believe with the mobile hotspot it comes with a phone number so that's a free phone you should get and then you have to pay for the service plan which is only 3 and then they want to charge you with activation fees and tax. I didn't get a phone but my hotspot has a phone number when I called it it says the number of services is not complete well yes it was because that was all he gave me. So you know what I'm thinking $235 was a waste of my money let me get my money back then he offered me $75 of my money back. If that's not getting robbed on New Year's eve then I don't know what is

Some of the prices of the phone are just crazy for a nice phone but they do have different options.. if they have in stock or they just tell you that so you don't have a choice to buy something that cost more. I was a lil confused walking in they never have the price listed they say look at the phones which never work i asked do they have a list i can look at she say no but then come over with a list?♀️??? really like i ended up telling her let me see the list please cause she was confused to didn't know anything about the phones didn't know what phones the had in stock. Like cricket you need to train your staff but it's common sense when you get to work make sure things work but a check of what you have before starting you day know your prices to better assist your customers. Now i been with cricket for a while and like that you can play games for points to redeem toward bill and now you can qualify for a discount if you receive medical/ebt/wic/or free lunch for kids thr web site is acpbenifits.org
