Some of the prices of the phone are just crazy for a nice phone but they do have different options.. if they have in stock or they just tell you that so you don't have a choice to buy something that cost more. I was a lil confused walking in they never have the price listed they say look at the phones which never work i asked do they have a list i can look at she say no but then come over with a list?♀️??? really like i ended up telling her let me see the list please cause she was confused to didn't know anything about the phones didn't know what phones the had in stock. Like cricket you need to train your staff but it's common sense when you get to work make sure things work but a check of what you have before starting you day know your prices to better assist your customers. Now i been with cricket for a while and like that you can play games for points to redeem toward bill and now you can qualify for a discount if you receive medical/ebt/wic/or free lunch for kids thr web site is acpbenifits.org

Employee was very unprofessional, she asked me if I was scared of her, all the while giving me dirty looks... Of course not all employees are like this person, Cricket needs to be more selective in hiring those persons that wait on customers, or lose your Customers!!!

Went in for a charger. I told the clerk it probably wouldn’t work. He sold it to me then we checked if it worked. (It didn’t) so the. He told me he couldn’t refund it unless the manager was there. I came back and the manager refused to give me a refund. Dead beats. Gonna switch companies.

The service is always nice. They go out of their way to help you out with phone issues. I have been to the facility on sheild and fruit and I will never go again! This location are so older adults friendly and doesn’t make me feel like I’m useless just because I need a little bit more time than the other youthful customers! Keep up the good work
