No help from the store rep unless you buy something. 2 weeks without service, and they say it's my phone. (My phone isn't even 2 years old) The customer service it horrible go to any other store. They do not want to help you trouble shoot just upgrade

Diana gave me great service! She was knowledgeable and professional and friendly. She updated my phone and transferred the data from my old phone to my new phone. She was very patient with me yesterday. She helped me find the right phone and all the accessories I needed. She is an asset to your company.
