They don’t open on time and I went in and waited for 30 minutes, just for her to tell me that the credit and debit machine does not work. Horrible service.

Came in for an upgrade. Tried to charge me 280. When I looked at screen she tried to add all these extra items. I went online and told her the price. She said after taxes it would be the same. I left an purchased online for 144 after taxes

Cricket is okay. The coverage is generally good, at least the areas I live and work in. When I traveled to the east coast, it worked well too. They offer a $5 discount on some plans if you do autopay by card, which is nice.On the flip side, I've been experiencing problems receiving calls (goes straight to voicemail) and receiving texts. However, sending texts and making calls works just fine. This has been happening on and off, for weeks. I call Cricket, and they just tell me that there's an outage/tower upgrade in my area and it should be fixed by the next day, but sometimes it isn't. I'll eventually get the ability to receive calls, not knowing if it will happen again like it already has before. It's frustrating that I pay for service and can only use it some of the time.

My phone got zapped by Samsung!! The guy tried real hard to fix it!! I couldn't get my Google ap. In reality, I think they canceled me because they think I'm white!! The joke is on them!!!! I'm not white!!!lol

I learned there that all corporate stores have closed. We now have these small hidey-hole stores that have wonderful people.My sales girl spent a great deal of time helping me with my dilemma that I could not do myself.She is wonderful and the reason I have been with Cricket since 2007. The salespeople and technicians are a joy to work with. They take great care of the people who have switched to them and me.They are owned by ATT and have all ATT towers so they are almost everywhere and they even reach me way up in the mountains near Yosemite. Can't beat the cost. I highly recommend this little store, they'll take great care of you!
