New years eve...I needed help with my phone...a girl got. out of her car as I was approaching the door said Cricket didn't open untill 11:00. I asked if she worked there & said she did. I said what time is it now? She said she didn't know but she knew it wasn't 11:00. It turned out to o be 10:55. She went in, locked the door. I waited. She came out @11:00. Walked past me to put a Cricket tent up right in front of me, not saying a word. She went back in grabbing 2 folding signs & proceeded to set them down on the sidewalk where I was standing. Not saying a word to me. She was unbelievably disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I understand her name is Rebecca. There is more to tell, but this person is ruining your business. She snidley said have a good day when I left.

I was sold an expensive phone case that ended up being wrong for my phone. Called and was told, only then, that all sales of cases were final, even though they sold me the wrong case for the phone, they didn't even have the case on hand that goes with my phone.long story short, got a refund. But ONLY after the manager stated that in return of giving me my money back I couldn't return to the store. I happily obliged. They'll never get my business again.

This Cricket location has the best customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Liz, is a specialist when it comes to smartphones, she was able to resolve my issue like a pro. I noticed that she wasted no time and was efficient by helping other customers during downtime.

Fantastic customer service. I just moved back here and I will definitely continue my service with cricket because of Delilah and Liz! They were both amazing with helping me and my lost phone lol. Obviously I am up and running again because of these 2 great cricket employees.
