Waited an hour and a half after checking for my vaccine. When I went to complain, I was asked “right or left arm” three times in two minutes. Then I waited another 15 minutes. Avoid Sundays here and maybe choose another location.

This place is very kind and available all hours. There is a wait at times and usually when one goes there it's because more than likely can't wait until the other store's open. They are human and needs their breaks just as anyone else does. People, appreciate the fact that they are even open and we don't have to wait until 9am .

I always call my prescription refills ahead of time. At least 24 hours in advance, yet when I get to the drive up window, I am told my order isn't ready, but they are working on it. And, could I please come back in 10 minutes OR drive around and get IN LINE AGAIN after I've already been in line for 20 minutes. So I leave and run some errands and come back 40 MINUTES LATER only to be told my order still is NOT READY because they got busy and it will be ANOTHER 20 MINUTES before my order is ready.
HOW can they NOT have your order ready when you called it in 24 hours in advance, sit in line for 20 minutes, then told to come back in 10 minutes because it's still not ready and then leave for 40 minutes come back and be told your order is still not ready. I just called the pharmacy to ask about a prescription. I called in for a refill 4 days ago. The day after I called it in, I was told it was out of stock, but they would have it back in stock in 2 days. I called 3 days later, and now I'm told they must speak to my doctor first before they can refill this prescription because their computer system is telling them they have to. This prescription is from my online doctor, and I tried to explain to them that they won't be able to contact her. I have to call and make an online appointment to talk to her, which will cost me $59, so I need to know what the problem is. They refused to tell me. This is NOT a controlled substance drug, but a drug for my migraines, and I have been taking it for 8 years. This is just another example of the harassment I get from this pharmacy. So, now I have to wait for the pharmacy manager to come in sometime tomorrow after 8 a.m.
When I moved to Fresno in 2012, THIS CVS on N. Fresno had great customer service from the pharmacy. 4 years ago, the pharmacy hired a new manager, and this pharmacy has done nothing but gone downhill ever since. This new manager has imposed his OWN PERSONAL BELIEFS on when & how YOUR MEDICATIONS should be dispensed. He has also allowed his staff to be rude and lie to the customers.
If this CVS wasn't so close to where I live and have a 24-hour drive thru, I would change pharmacies.
If you don't need to use this pharmacy, find another pharmacy!

The location of the CVS is considered an undesirable neighborhood in Fresno, known as “South of Shaw.“ However, it’s the closest, most convenient one for me. Plus, they have a 24 hour drive-through pharmacy. However, I needed an item in the store, so I went inside. The pharmacy tech that waited on me was extremely pleasant and helpful. Good customer service.
