Don't trust this place for your needs. Supposedly they close at 10pm, I showed up at 915 and the doors were locked. Go someplace else, this store is extremely unreliable.

Will take days to fill a prescription. Supposedly short staffed, which if that is the case, why even have the drive through pick up open and leave cars waiting in line for almost an hour? Asked them to do a prescription transfer as my prescription wasn't filled and was told to call another location myself, great service!

Several times a day I get text and emails saying I have a prescription to pick up and I finally get there to pick it up and they're closed. Apparently they have lunch between 130 and two which is understandable but it on the app or general hours posted I made a comment to one of the associates and he takes me over to one of the signs at the very back and at the bottom in small print. It says lunch from 1 to 2 again I understand people have lunch needs, what I don't appreciate is that it is not in large print everywhere. Their hours are posted nor do I appreciate the associate attitude.

This pharmacy is great but they need to change their hours online. It states they are open at 7am which is super convenient for us early workers. There was at least 5 of us outside unsure what was going on. Lights were in but doors weren't opening. Just a heads up!

Don't dare go pick up a new prescription if the pharmacist is out to lunch. They refused to give me my prescription until pharmacist returned due to consultation even if you wanted to refuse consultation. ?

Nice reviews. FYI, CVS, people go get COVID and FLU tests because they are not well and they oftentimes drive long distances for these tests. If the testing nurse is not present, you should CALL or MESSAGE the customer to tell them not to drive a damn hour. I get there at 11:00AM and they tell me to come back after 2:30PM because the testing nurse is not there for my appt. I said I was not coming back. I go park and schedule ANOTHER test at another CVS location 20 minutes away. I get there and they can't process me because this INEPT CVS did not cancel my appt. The other location tried. So, after driving around town for a solid 3 hours, I was able to get into the COVID Clinic at the mall and they had me in-and-out in 10 minutes and that's w/ a FNP consult. I'm so done with CVS. They truly do NOT care for their customers. It all falls on the pharmacists. Ridiculous.

Very bad communication, does not tell you you can not pick up when there is a consult. Give pharmacist hours at least, now there are 5 people waiting after me, 6 people... frustrating and should tell us before we come in. Some of us work and cannot come and go so easily.I waited, the consultation was him reading the name of the medicine and pointing to how many tablets to take and reading side effects. I thought perhaps he might talk about mixing them things not to do something it wasn't right in front of my face. Still disappointed

I was in line at the pharmacy for 10mins behind another car. They saw that i was in line and was taking a long time with the car in front of me. I saw the lady arguing with the pharmacist. When she drove off they rudely closed the window on me not allowing me to pick up my med. My husband just got out of the hospital and needed this med so he doesn't develop antibiotic resistance since he had a bad infection. The girl earlier told me to come back when the prescription was ready and that's when I did. If they didn't want to serve me before rudely closing the window on me, they could at least said sorry we can transfer your med but they didn't say anything to us just closed the window on us despite waiting 10 mins. This was the location on herndon and fresno st on July 22nd

Worst and slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Told me they would call me when my script was ready get a text two days later meds were no longer needed at that time. Do not use this location obviously they take on more business than they can handle. Would be zero star review if possible. I will immediately be switching to another pharmacy

I dropped off a prescription at 1pm. I was instructed that it would be ready after 2pm. No worries. I’ll come back. Sitting here at 420 pm waiting for a liquid antibiotic to be squeezed out of a plant. What the hell is taking so long?!!!! I swear time to find a new pharmacy.

Worse location ever. 45 minutes in drive through? Give me a GD break, there has to be a better way of doing Covid testing. Even the hillbillies in Coarsegold are smart enough to park the Covid tests off to the side. Whoever envisioned this, is not seeing it as a way to not make folks want to transfer prescriptions to another company... ridiculous

Omg... pharmacy drive thru is very slow. Open for COVID testing in the same line as pharmacy pick up/drop off. Went inside because niece had to use the restroom. Had no toilet paper or toilet seat liner. Used the self check out because I only had three items. Machine didn't register that I had placed my items on their sensored counter, so it locked my transaction and signaled for an employee. I just left it and went to the cashier. On the plus side, I'm trying out this new Celcius flavor--sparkling peach.

Not very helpful. When the first open they were great but now the staff just points and says \\\"its over there\\\"
