It is very difficult to criticize the pharmacy. Everyone here, staff and pharmacist included, have always done their best to take care of my family within their means. I.e. what the law and insurance companies allow. I wish others would see them for their kindness and stop yelling at the clerks for selfish reasons that the employees can’t handle. Thank you to all at CVS Champlain.

Great pharmacy. Staff is all very knowledgeable and helpful. Typically, you will wait 10 minutes to get your meds. They are always busy and there’s always a line no matter what time of the day you come.

Absolute trash. Do not try the Kodak machine or develop pictures here. An absolute "s**t show ghetto machines that are clearly not being maintained.

My appointment was yesterday at 10:00. They called and told me I had been rescheduled for today 5/1/22 because they didn't have a pharmacist. I'm here today and I've been here since 9:45. Checked in at 10am. Have yet to receive the vaccine. The man whom I assume is the pharmacist or manager was yelling at the staff " was it you who told these people to come in the morning " shakes his head. Everyone in line heard everything and we all kind of looked At each other awkwardly. They weren't prepared

Horrible customer service. I went straight to the pharmacy and waited in line because the item I needed I believed would be there. The pharmacy employees directed me to a certain aisle. I went to look and couldn't find. So I thought maybe they were kept behind register. I go to the front and see as far as my eyes could see So I wait in line. The cashier then asked if I have a question and I ask her for the item she direct me to the same aisle So I ask which side on that aisle. She tells me both. I understand it gets busy and sometimes you are shorthanded but the primary jobs is customer service, right? When I finally find the item I see her walk back to what I'm assuming is the office as she is carrying some register tills, she glances up but doesn't ask if I have found my item. I then Get to the register area and there is a line I see the girl in front of me waiting in line and I asked her if the self check out is working. She had no clue That there was even a self check out since it was covered in Halloween decorations. In my opinion the cashier should have noticed a line forming and notified customers that there is a self check out if they would like to help themselves. I will avoid coming to this location as much as possible due to lack of customer service.

I'd like to offer some constructive feedback to my local CVS Pharmacy Department, and a HUGE shout out to it's most helpful and kind staff members, Janik Oganesyan. While a majority of the pharmacy staff I go to- (Champlain/Perrin)- are condescending and rude in their dealings with me, Janik is a HUGE asset to your business. If it weren't for him, I'd have gone elsewhere LONG AGO. CVS, I thank you for hiring a person like Janik, who isn't afraid to look up info or offer advice to a regular customer, on things like the proper procedure with regards to communications between my doctor and your pharmacy. Kudos to Janik for keeping, undoubtedly, MANY of your other customers from taking their business elsewhere, as he's done with me. Every time I've been fortunate enough to be in his line to pick up my meds, he's always busy, busy, busy, efficiently multi-tasking, while getting my refills to me in a friendly and efficient manner. He never makes me feel like I should be ashamed of myself for picking up my refills, or asking questions when I call, and that touches my heart. And in all he does, not only is he helping me, but he's definitely boosting employee morale and making your department look good, all at the same time. Janik, you are appreciated more than you know!!! As for the rest of the staff, not everyone is drug-seeking or doctor-shopping. Some people really do have legit prescriptions and only one doctor. I get that a lot of people are doing the aforementioned things. But that doesn't give you the right to treat EVERY customer as if THEY do. Maybe you don't? Maybe, it's my tattoos. Whatever it is, it's wrong and hurtful. This is the best I've ever done in my life, with my mental health issues, and people like Janik don't make me feel like a piece of garbage when I call with questions about my meds or go to pick them up. THAT'S why I keep coming back. ***To Janik's superiors, please give credit where credit is due, if you haven't already done so. And perhaps you could have an expert, like Janik, train the rest, as he knows exactly what he's doing and how to treat his customers, all while adhering to proper procedure. Janik, thank you for being kind, while at the same time, making sure all protocol is followed. You are the ONLY reason I keep going back to this location. Please don't change and become like the rest of them. Help them. Show them how they, too, can help improve their customer relations. Best of luck in all you do, Janik.

Had to go in and get rx for my wife who just had surgery. It was sent electronically after surgery while in recovery. Arrived at pharmacy around 11am. I went in .... still not ready and wouldn't be ready for 1/2 hour. I had my wife in car so I left. I went back 3 1/2 hours later and STILL wasn't ready. The pharmacist said "well you left earlier" .... yeah because I wasn't going to leave my wife in car for 1/2 hour. What a jackwad! And the jackwad kept saying it over and over. The pharmacists name is John or Johnny .... wears glasses. 9 out of 10 times he fills our rx, we always end up waiting! Done with this CVS and maybe CVS altogether.

I try to avoid this pharmacy but yesterday I needed an antibiotic and the location is near me. How hard can it be, right? I ended up having to stand in line 3 times. (One time up to the front counter.) They have some incorrect info in my record that says I am allergic to this med so they were calling my doctor while I was right there. MD is all concerned and calling me because they think meds might be dispensed that cause a deadly problem. CVS finally just asked me. I have never reported being allergic. Don't know where they got that info. They also have my name misspelled. A friend of mine who was there at the same time picking up several meds discovered when he got to his car that one item was not included. When I tried to call today to straighten things out they have an incorrect phone number on their paperwork that accompanies the meds. Next day I called to straighten things out. I'm on hold for 13 min before I get someone. The pharmacists and techs here really seem to be hard working , intelligent people . I feel sorry for them because they are always running at 1000 mph. They are overwhelmed. Perhaps there is just too much volume or their systems work correctly. I'm afraid their health is at risk. So give both yourself and them a break from the stress and get your prescription filled elsewhere.

COVID-19 Great store! Clean! I went here to get Zinc. The worker was very nice. She checked for it after I looked for it and couldn't find it. She told me they were out, but would be getting more tomorrow. Masks worn by workers and required. Great service! Highly recommended!

I can see why they're rated so low. My prescription was called in this morning and I was told it would be ready by 4 p.m. Arrived at the store at 4:15 to pick it up and guess what, I was told they're working on it right now. It's now 5 pm and still waiting. First of all, it's not the first time this has happened and because it's happened over and over again is why I'm writing this horrible review. If you have a choice, don't choose this pharmacy for your prescription needs. Look around and choose another.

Omg, slowest and worst process I been through since going to a Walmart pharmacy. A prescription that was ready for 2 days and waited 10 minutes for them to update insurance to good rx, then had to wait again while they reprocessed prescription. Then, had to wait again cause he asked for my ID, walked away with it and when he returned, said, "everything's ok" what was the problem? Was it because I'm a Chicana in Woodward Park neighborhood, picking up a script for Percocet? I will never return! I am so offended!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They have been so condescending and rude to me with every encounter. They have zero concept of time. I called to check up on a prescription and they hung up on me, I called back and was on hold to speak to a person for 15 minutes before giving up. I used to get my prescriptions here but I'm never coming back here again.
