Desiree, Katie and Todd are the best. This team has always advocated for me and on multiple occasions have helped me resolve insurance/doctor issues so that my perscriptions can actually be filled. Not to mention, even on busy days the service is quick and they always greet me with smiles!

Bad customer service. I tried for months to get them to contact my provider to get my Rx switched to a 90 day supply, they said they did but my provider was never contacted. Time to switch pharmacies.

Its 2:00pm I go in and they're closed. No sign saying what time they will be back or anything. really inconvenient. Lunch times should be posted so people know when not to go pick up medication and when they can.

I was so upset. The sign says they close at 7. I arrived at 6:19. Closed and I needed to pick up meds. Worker said sometimes they close early. That’s all fine but post correct hours! Waste of my time and gas not only because I needed to get meds.

Amazing customer service here! The pharmacist is so considerate! He goes above and beyond. I have been in multiple times and prescriptions are always filled in less than an hour! The visit that stood out the most to me was when I went in to get my daughter's inhaler refilled. He was about to go on break and his intern told me it would be an hour since they were going on lunch. I asked if they could transfer it then, due to me not living in Fresno. He choose to fill it real quick for me so I could get it now instead of dealing with going somewhere else! He did not have to do that at all, shows the level of customer service!

Best staff!! Bobby is my favorite pharmacist of all time! He's very knowledgeable, always willing to help guide you through issues and give suggestions if needed. Staff remembers your name and although they are busy strive to do their best! Keep up the good work guys!!

Thankful to have found a CVS pharmacy that genuinely cares about its customers. Pharmacist Bobby and all of the pharmacy techs are very helpful and kind. I have had a lot of difficulty with another nearby CVS over the last few years (Herndon/Millburn), and was going to take my business to a different pharmacy chain, but decided to give this one a try first. I am so happy I did. We have filled more than 10 prescriptions at this store, and each time has been a pleasant experience. The staff have gone out of their way to help when issues arose (with the way the Dr wrote the prescription, the copay card etc), and didn't once make me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them. They are an example for other pharmacies!
