Ummm apparently there's no public restroom ?? but the pharmacy straight up told me that they have one and to just ask the front to open it. When I approached an employee they told me no because of the area they don't allow anyone to use there restroom Umm do people in the area not have bootyhole or something? Bunch on Kim Jong Uns.

Not even deserving of one star. I waited for an hour and half, but due to a mix -up on their end, I was unable to receive my medications. Additionally, they were really unfriendly.

"Don't come back" are the words I heard as I was near the store entrance on my way out after getting my prescriptions from the pharmacy. I turn around, see the cashier checking out another customer, and I ask, perplexed, "What? Don't come back?" and she again repeats herself as she looks at me. I've been going to this particular pharmacy for several years of my life, to get my prescriptions, and I've never had anyone not only assume I'm stealing, but be bold enough to out loud wrongly accuse me of stealing, and especially not even having a reason to or stating why such statement is said. I can't believe I even went and showed her my bag, I was beyond humiliated. Her response was "That's all I needed to know" No ma'm, you didn't. I didn't need to show you anything, you're not even asset protection, and you slandered against a long time customer of that store. All those years of going there, not once have I seen her ugly old face, and I would hope I never do unless it's in court.

This place is not open 24 hours don't waist your time. I went to try a purchase over the counter medicine for my wife after she woke up with major stomach aches and discomfort and when I get there I see a hand written sign on the front door that said lobby closed drive thru open. I go thru drive thru and I see another hand written sign that said store open at 5am. So I decided to call the store and a lady answered me saying "oh let me help you at the drive thru" I waited there for 20 min and never got helped. This place needs better staff that really knows customer service. They also need to stop advertising open 24hours because they were not open at 3am when I needed emergency medications. Get staff that really wants to work not just milk the clock!!

I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I was out and about with one of my Fresno cousins running errands for stuff my cousin wanted. We stopped at this CVS. My gosh, there was NOT enough staff. What little staff there was, was trying so hard to be professional but we could see they were stressed at the overwhelming demands upon them from so many customers. Many of those customers were openly irate. No one was managing the understaffed situation. There was not a manager in sight, or someone acting as a manager. Store was dirty. This business should reduce its hours open to when it has adequate staffing and is clean. Instead, the poor staff is stretched so thin everyone's stressed. The staff is stressed. The customers are stressed. After initially patiently waiting in line to pay, we put our items down and left without them. For I finally realized I was contributing to employees' mistreatment by shopping at stores so clearly under-staffed, and to executive's bloated compensation directly resulting from that under-staffing. I won't make that mistake again. I blame the CVS executives. Greed is defined as a deadly sin for a good reason. Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, watching over them--not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. 1 Peter 5:2-3 CVS CEO Larry Merlo was named as 8th highest paid CEO in the US by CNN Money in 2014. At that time, his total compensation was a whopping $22.9 million of avarice. When compared to the salary of an average CVS employee, earning $28,700 that year, this CVS CEO was paid MORE than 422 times as much. There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest. CVS' Merlo was the top paid health CEO in 2019. CVS' multi-millionaire Merlo, along with entire CVS greedy executives has fallen under harsh criticism for way they brutally run their operations. An absence of justice disintegrates a business, community, a state, a nation. No matter how paranoid you are, you're not paranoid enough. Some accusations are criminal treatment of employees; most are about inhumane treatment of employees. CVS KNOWINGLY UNDER-STAFFS, placing an unreasonable and dangerous burden on front-line workers. CVS has not let staff take legally required breaks or leave when sick. We are all implicated when we allow other people to be mistreated. The world's richest people emit most carbon. Has NO Military Veterans Discount as a token thank you to Veterans and GIs to provide resource to ensure Veterans (rare 7% of the population) and GIs (rare one-half of one percent of the population) opportunity to participate in American Dream Veterans and GIs' sacrifices have made possible for 100% of the population. CEO compensation has grown staggeringly greedy 940% since 1978. Typical worker compensation rose only 12% since 1978 --which hasn't kept up with inflation, which is 320.72% since 1978 up to 2020 when it escalated in 2021 to the highest in four decades. Worker's real compensation went down while corporate executive' compensation continued to rapidly escalate. Dollar had an average inflation rate of 3.40% per year between 1978 and 2020, producing a cumulative price increase of 320.72% since 1978. This data means that prices up to 2020 are 4.21 times higher than average prices since 1978, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics consumer price index. The hyper-inflation struck in 2021, and the wealth inequality just got even way worse. Wealth inequality is far too prevalent. It is far more severe than income inequality, and it has worsened the past 50 years. In 1963, high-wealth families -- those whose wealth ranked at the 90th percentile -- had $6 for every $1 in wealth owned by the typical middle-class family. By 2016, they had doubled that to $12. For me, wealth means freedom, security and the opportunity to

They do not value our time, never received a call so calling in, on hold for over 15 minutes, stated I have to talk to the pharmacist. I read reviews and made sure the pharmicist was there, (other times not able to pick up had to "consult" with doctor- those were 30 minutes wait) came back on phone can I help you? Is this the pharmacist? NO, back on hold going on 20 minutes. Retired? Have all the time in the world? This place is for you. Waiting to complete phone call before I finalize this review... probably thinking Im saving time because it is close, faster if I drive to Walgreens instead, 2 miles away. Still on hold 25 minutes... While I am waiting I would like to take this time to thank Yelp for allowing me to vent :) there is satisfaction here .... ok 35 minutes on hold, on the phone with pharmacist, but they only have one perscription and it is not ready. Now the doctor office is closed, cannot get the antibiotic recalled in. Sad sad sad, my friend had 3 surgical tooth extractions, and cannot get his perscriptions, needed since 1:00pm - signing off 5:09

I understand it's tough to staff but just change your hours. I came here for medication after a trip to the Ear and there's a sign on the door that says the pharmacy won't open until 12:15. They didn't come until 12:25...I didn't get my prescription until 12:47. Just close if you can't keep hours.

Perhaps I am being unfair because this is the second pharmacy I have visited tonight that was closed before their posted hours. I believe this is a 24/7 location but a handwritten sign on the door said open at 7:30am and the person at the door said they just don't have the staff tonight - but then I saw about 5-6 employees walk in together (and there were more employees already inside). I am a little disappointed I couldn't pick up bandaids for my bleeding hand. Oop, another employee just walked in as I was writing this review. Bummer.

Only 4 stars for Kyra Kira I'm not sure what's been going on with the pharmacy but they're gone down so much. On 7-6-22 the pharmacy's system went down and they had been down for hours. I went through HELL to get a prescription on 7-6 I saw it was filled and I just had to pick up. I went back to the pharmacy to pick up and their system was down (which is understandable) I told them I needed my script before I leave on a 2 week vacation The older middle eastern lady was so so rude and didn't care what I had to say and didn't want to help me. She told me there was nothing they can do. As I was leaving the store I was shopping around and was on the phone venting to my BF how upsett I was I couldn't get my medication before my vacation that I was leaving on a flight in 4 hours This CVS worker Kyra or Kira over heard me because she was stocking shelves by me. She was immediately trying to help and was so so sweet. She asked me a couple questions and was gonna see if it was okay to just give me my script. Sure enough it was perfectly fine! I'm so happy she was listening to me when I was upset and she stepped in and tried to help in every way she could. She really made my day that day. I was having a horrible day and she literally just took so much worry and stress away. CVS is having a lot of issues with this pharmacy I hope they can train their employees to help others the way Kira did for me! She didn't have to do that she didn't have to care but she did She went out of her way to help me unlike people who were behind the counter standing there while phones are ringing and they can't even tell customers who call that their system is down and they're making everyone drive down to the store when they can't even help them Thank you Kyra I hope they get rid of the other horrible pharmacy techs because you're great and actually have great customer service! Thank you so much girl!!

JUST STOP advertising as a 24 hour drive thru pharmacy when you can't and won't. Total nonsense driving up at 3am in the morning from Kaiser-ED coz we were advised that you are a 24hr drive thru service when you guys just have to let us wait out at the drive thru counter, having to wait 20 minutes tops & just have someone at your prompter say that the Pharmacist is on lunch from 3.30am to 4.30am. Talk about inefficiency.

At least twice now when using the drive through for the pharmacy I 'very had to drive around to the front of the store due to no one acknowledging me. No one was in the pharmacy line inside as well. The employees were unapologetic and the Managers attitude was "I can talk to them". When leaving I was yelled at to have a nice day. Yuck!

Every time I come here my experience is eh. Not so great. Customer service sucks here so much and I get they're open 24 hours, but that doesn't mean every person that walks in past dark deserves an attitude. The last time I came here one of the store employees was standing at the door just singing and dancing. Whatever. He greeted me which was nice, but watched me as I walked through the store to get some tampons and watched my whole transactionwithbuos coworker. Weird... I literally only come here if I need too. Otherwise, this place is overpriced and has terrible customer service.
