Because of the rude, unprofessional behavior of the employee, I will NEVER shop there again. Clearly, this person hates their job and is taking it out on customers.

Bad manager..price was marked 7.99 and I paid 10.99 for toothpaste. Vitamins were marked as five dollars off...it wasn't. Manager came to speak with me and was rude about it..never going there again!

I have gone to CVS on west and Herdon for many years but in the last year or two I have notified hardy any inventory gets restocked.. when you ask they say the same thing.. they haven’t restocked.. and also there are no carts at all .. maybe one or two once in a blue moon.. hardly no staff around to ask for help.. it’s sad it has become this way.. hope all gets better.

I was there 1:28 and they didn't give my prescription because their lunch started at 1:30 you aren't supposed to treat patients like that at a pharmacy.

Paul is a wonderful customer service employee, but every time I have to deal with a woman named Juana she acts as if she doesn’t want to be there. I thought when you start in line wait at counter they ask can I help you not do you have question. Of course I do. Not only that to whomever inputs my medicine, they seem to screw it up , time frame wise they mess up then I have to make the corrections. I get at least 4 prescriptions from them, they are either screw up by adding months to it that iam not getting, it’s a pain to have to deal with kind of stuff when you’re already in pain. Ok that’s my rant.

Apparently they close the pharmacy for lunch now at 1:30 until 2. I’m pregnant and desperate for the medication I needed got here at 1:32 and they wouldn’t help me. Just said we close at 1:30 I can’t help you and slammed the gate. I had to sit and wait for thirty minutes. And the guy was a jerk. Zero customer service or kindness. Not even an apology. Don’t text a customer at 1:11 saying medication is ready that I’ve been waiting days for then close for lunch.

DO NOT go to this store for any vaccinations. Appointments, at the best, are merely suggestions. The wife and I had back to back appointments for the covid booster today. When we arrived every chair in the waiting area was occupied and they were at least 45 minutes behind. I notice on their scheduling times they do 15 minute intervals while other CVS pharmacies do 30 minutes. Aparently they are biting off more than they can chew and the patrons that make the appointments are the ones that suffer. My guess is that they are compensated for each and every vaccine they give and their greed becomes our problem. We left without our vaccines and will make an appointment elsewhere
