🤗UPDATE: This CVS location has IMPROVED a lot since my prior post! The employees, in this store and the pharmacy have for some time now, been friendly and helpful, and the wait times are usually short of any waiting at all.

CVS Pharmacy has always had excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Service is also prompt.
I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Staff, they're beyond unprofessional here and rarely get my medications right. Plus the staff lags So Much when they just stand around gossiping & doing nothing. I swapped to Walgreens, who are way more efficient when it comes to fulfilling my prescription requests. If I were you, I would Not bother with this location. It has "Fresno" written all over it, lol.

This place is trash the workers and rude and give you attitude when you ask a question. I needed help and the girl rolled her eyes I asked for a manager she said he just took his lunch. So I'm the 10 minute interaction that she never walked away from she psychically knew her boss just clocked out for lunch.

The people that work here try there best if your in a rush go to a drive thru but I love my CVS customer service is amazing and really tries hard to do there best my opinion ?

This location has the rudest staff that I've ever been in contact with. I've tried to get my medicine from this location, and not only once nor twice, but multiple times I have been denied my perscribed* medicine by the staff, even though it is shown on file along with other information. Kendra was the staff member that I spoke to earlier today, and she had such of an attitude, even though I was being very respectful the entire time. This is also not the only time that I have been met with a rude staff member either.
