I went in to buy deodorant . I asked a worker in there question . It was not a shopping question but I ask if they had a restroom .
Lady didn’t even stop to listen to question . Just kept walking and answered with her back facing me . I ended up not even buying deodorant because the line was long too and my son had to go to the bathroom .

As usual, this CVS had my husband’s prescription ready in a timely manner. They were able to even loan us three days worth of his blood thinner medicine while we waited for renewal authorization from his primary care physician. It really eased my anxiety. They are truly compassionate medical staff as well as very knowledgeable.

I went into the store to buy perfume. I was looking for Angel. I found what I was looking for and the sales associate even helped me with coupons. Also ended up buying another one because of a good pricing. She was sweet and old so helpful. Thank you

My first time ever coming to this CVS for the 24/7 Pharmacy , I am truly amazed at how fast and connivant my whole experience was I highly recommend this pharmacy for any medications that are needed. I came during my lunch hour and of course the Drive Thru line was long but I still waited and when I tell you we were literally out in 5 minutes I mean that, it was very impressive. The Drive Thru clerk's name was Christina she was polite and very helpful. I will now be changing mine and my family's pharmacy from Walgreens to now CVS great customer service!

Worst CVS ever, slow and lazy. A lot of customers waiting for this location to fill prescriptions. Some customers waiting over TWO HOURS for them to fill it. Customers are receiving notifications that there script is filled and upon getting there told, “oh sorry we are still working on that.” If this is your local pharmacy find another one. This place is horrible. Even the medication delivery guys have to wait hours to get a customers prescriptions. Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Also homeless all over the place here. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A CVS.

I wanted to purchase two hair colors by L’Oreal. I thought that they had a hair color gloss you could use in the shower. Underneath the L’Oreal sign were a couple of glosses, but they were Clairol. I didn’t look at the name brand before purchasing them. When I wanted to return them Because you didn’t get seven dollars rewards bucks for buying two Clairol but you did for L’Oreal, they refunded my rewards bucks that I had used but not the 20% off coupons. Now I have lost those. I want to know why they could not be refunded.

Pharmacy is supposed to be 24 hrs the pharmacist takes an hour and 15 minutes for lunch and no one else is there to help. It's crazy had I known its not open 24 hr I would of just had my daughter's prescription sent to our regular pharmacy if I knew I had to wait and made the 30 minute drive to have to wait on a pharmacist.

If you're a 'regular', monthly customer, have a good disposition as a person, and are able to be helped by any of the 'Long term' employees (especially those on 3rd shift/night crew) you'll find that they'll often go above and beyond to fix any issues that they are able to and/or provide you with very useful knowledge toward fixing any discrepancies that you need to address with your doctor. Brian has saved my butt many times :)
