The CVS at 728 W. Shaw is the only dependable location that I know of. So, we went back there for our shots again.

Impossible to reach anyone. Time for a change. Used the pharmacy a few times, people there were polite and location good. But I don't believe I gave you permission to call me for marketing purposes. Don't do that again please. Also self checkout registers almost always, (other people included), require cashier to clear it before you can pay. Yay.

Be careful when you call for a refill on your prescription especially when you are speaking to a live pharmacist, you maybe on a speaker phone. I called in for a prescription refill and I spoke to the pharmacist himself. When I picked up my prescription, I was shocked to hear this pharmacist picking up calls on a speaker phone asking for their name, prescription and date of birth. These were all heard from the phone. I heard the details of this person on the other line. The pharmacist must keep their patients’s information private according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. They have to abide by that and not have your information out in the open loud on a speaker phone. I reported the incident to the Store Manager and no apologies were extended and assurance that this will not happen again.

This CVS is fine except for the fact that CVS does not provide its own employees with a template for how passport photos need to be taken. Had to come back more than once for passport photo to be retaken. The employees are fine but CVS can easily make this problem avoidable by providing their staff with the proper tools/guidelines established by US Department of State.

I had a rather pleasant experience shopping at the CVS in Figarden Village today. I found what I was looking for right away, and hardly stood in line for even a moment before a young female clerk said that she would help me on register number three. She was quiet and polite, and very helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

Pharmacy staff is very frustrating to deal with it took several weeks and dozens of phone calls to have my medications transferred here from the Walgreens across the street and now that my medications are filled here I get calls saying my meds are ready only to show up and them not be ready very unprofessional

Oooh, this is a fancier CVS, very pretty from the outside! Clean, organized, well stocked, great lighting. Bright, but not harsh. Smells good. The coupon machine was working overtime and gave me a bundle of options, so I picked up a few fun things from the make-up section, and of course loads of Diet Coke. Checker kindly helped me navigate Self Check-Out with all my coupons. Great shop.

They are extremely disorganized and didn’t notice that I had a vaccine appointment scheduled at 4:30, as such the technician who administered vaccines took their break right at that time. Despite having a different tech administer the vaccine still had to wait 15 minutes. The technician was adamant on administering the shot far above the standard placement which destroyed my brand new sweater and resulted in excessive soreness post immunization. I would not recommend scheduling here.

Taller Asian Pharmacy Tech was Very Very rude. Wouldn't release medication for my 97 year old grandmother. Very uncaring about the elderlys suffering. Told me to get out of line so she could help next person in line of which there was none there. Will never patronize this store again, stopping by the Better Business Bureau after this. 10/19/23 at 4:15 pm.
