This is the WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever been to!! I normally don’t write reviews, but I absolutely feel compelled to inform others after the HORRIBLE customer service I received tonight, or really lack of any service for that matter! I had to drive out of my way 30 minutes across town since this was the only pharmacy that carried my prescription in town. I arrived in the drive-up line before they closed at 9:00pm. There was one car ahead of me. When I pulled up to the window the associate began closing the window. I politely stated, “Sir I’ve been waiting in line before 9:00pm”. The associate then proceeded to tell me, “Let me ask my manager if I can help you because we close at 9:00pm.” The manager walks over and is the RUDEST person I have ever met. He says very condescendingly, “Mam we close at 9:00 and you will need to come back tomorrow.” I told him I had to drive clear across town and they were the only pharmacy that had my medication in stock. He then told me my Co-pay was $100! I showed him my insurance card and he refused to take it. He said very curtly that I would need to come back during normal business hours. I reiterated the fact that I was in line during the “normal business hours.” I told him this insurance card should give me a $25 co-pay, but he would not run it. He very rudely said, “Mam it’s now 9:03 and we are closed. You can either pay the $100 and I’ll give you your prescription, or you can simply come back another day. I can even forward this medication to another pharmacy closer to you and they can order it.” I told him I had just come from
my pharmacy and they said it would take awhile to order this medication. My pharmacist recommended I go there tonight to get it at this location because it’s in stock, but I was floored by this horribly rude service! The amount of time it took him to “remind me they were closed”, he could have verified my insurance information (that was already in the system) and I could have saved myself $100 and not left empty handed! I work in the medical field. I would NEVER treat my patients this way! He could clearly see that I had my daughter in the car and really needed to get this medication. Furthermore, he knew I had to drive clear across town to get it. I left completely empty handed and extremely frustrated! I would NEVER go here again!

This pharmacy loves to SHOUT people's personal information for all to hear, which I'm pretty sure is a HIPAA violation. They also like to act like they're not going to fill your prescriptions when they're required to by law.

I have been taking the same medication for months and they question me about it every time. The system calls me, tells me my meds are ready and then staff refuses to give to me claiming my doctor needs to send new prescriptions, but then when my doctor calls staff tells him I could have picked it up and there was never an issue. They are also constantly losing my prescriptions, have me under 4 different profiles and question me about that like I put myself in the system or something. The pharmacy does not care about its patients at all. On top of that, they are rude and dismissive. I once waited in line for 30 minutes and was denied picking up my medication because it was 1 minute before closing, even though I had been there half an hour prior. They seriously look at your prescription and do not care if it's something really urgent or not. If I ever unalive myself I'm putting this CVS Pharmacy at fault lol

This pharmacy never has my prescriptions. Don't chose this pharmacy. Can even get anyone on the phone.

Very inviting store. Was greeted by two gentlemen from the registers upon entering; they stated that if they could help me with anything, to let them know. Back by the pharmacy, I was looking for a specific brand of allergy meds, but couldn't locate it. Found a couple other employees stocking the same aisle and showed them a picture of what I was looking for. Gal pointed me in the right direction and also explained the behind-the-counter cards for certain meds. Still couldn't find what I was looking for, so I approached the pharmacy counter and it was on display right behind the register. Gal working the counter was quick to grab what I needed.

I had a great experience with the store manager Rogelio. As soon I walked in he greeted me and helped me with my items. I've been coming to this CVS for many years and never got service like this. Way to go Rogelio!!
