I like this CVS the staff is friendly. I only had one bad experience with one of the pharmacists there years ago. She was an older woman. She walked out and yelled at me and told me to leave. I had already been going there for a year, I had transfered there from another CVS I had to wait for days to get my scripts. She really embarrassed me and I felt racially discriminated. I continued to go on the hours she was off, I wasn’t going to let her run me out when I did nothing wrong. Summer is almost here. Mercury is raising. CVS please for all the customers sake fix the air conditioning. Install a new unit. I went in yesterday evening. I almost fainted when that swamp cooler you got going on triggered a cough attack with its hot air blowing. Its been out for more than a month. It's cruel to have your customers walking into those conditions and especially your employees working in those conditions. Please fix the AC asap!

Giving 3 stars because had 2 gift cards given to me as gifts for Mother’s Day that were purchased from this CVS for 200 dollars each that were sealed in cardboard sleeves entirely except for barcode area that ended up having the money swiped off them immediately after purchase. I didn’t find out for several weeks until I went to purchase a new washing machine at checkout. I ripped the cardboard off in front of of the clerk and was shocked to see the PIN numbers compl missing! They were able to track it online and tell me it was used the same day it was purchased and used online shopping.
The reason I am giving this CVS 3 stars is because I drove over to the store right after and explained what happened and made a suggestion that they move the gift cards behind their counter, they have a huge area. Customers could simply ask for a gift card and the clerk could grab it and add the amount. The supervisor on duty said while they did keep some gift cards behind the counter she didn’t think they could keep all of them back there as they had a lot. Well, sorry since you have no way to protect or replace my money on stolen gift cards then the only thing I guess I can do is lower your store reviews. My suggestion for the public is to refrain from buying gift cards from CVS.

I have never had a worse experience at a CVS Pharmacy than I did at this location. Unlike other CVS stores I’ve visited, this one completely lacks basic customer service and professionalism.
First, I was never notified when my prescription was ready. No call, no text—nothing. Additionally, they failed to inform me that there was an issue with my insurance, leaving me waiting unnecessarily with no explanation. When I finally inquired about the delay, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the inconvenience they caused.
What’s even more unacceptable is that there was no apology, no effort to correct their mistakes, and to top it off, they didn’t even provide a bag for my prescription. The lack of communication and professionalism at this location is beyond frustrating.
I strongly advise management to address these issues because the level of service here is completely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

Went in the morning today to buy allergy pills for my son since he got them pretty bad and asked for the zyrtec D pills the pharmacist asked me 2 x of it was zyrtec d and I answered yes. She gave me a box and I paid for it trusting g she gave me the right one so I didn't check amd I was also a bit busy with my 7 month baby he was a bit fussy at the time didn't realize till I got home she charged me for Allegra D. Went back to return it amd she had someone else help me they refunded my money but now u can't buy the zyrtec because they put I. The system I bought the Allegra D! I'm so upset because I really needed those allergy pills and I had to waste not only gas but time as well to return the pills for a mistake they did and ended with nothing! Now I have to wait until the system let's me go and buy it I'm very upset it was the first time I come to this pharmacy and this happened and mind u it wasn't even busy at all at that time! Super upset about this

The management and staff are absolutely worthless. They are inept, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable about the product in their own store. These losers don’t care anything about customers.

If you're thinking of working for this particular CVS Pharmacy store, don't. The management plays favorites with floor associates, cashiers and the like. They're all smiles during training but if you have the audacity to treat the customers like actual humans instead of monetary profit, you'll receive lectures and in some cases written up. All because you gave actual legit customer service. Then, they'll begin cutting down your hours to basically nothing. It's happened before to other former employees and sad to say it happened to me.

Don’t waste your time go to another pharmacy. The younger male pharmacist at this specific pharmacy is a complete jerk and has a major superiority complex. He was disrespectful and rude, and rolled his eyes at me. When I try to explain to him the reason why I had to take a certain (pain medication) medication twice a day and he told me. You have back pain doesn’t mean you have to take the medication twice a day. I explained to him that I have fibromyalgia, and spinal cord injury I also had a spinal fusion, so I’m in constant pain. He said that wasn’t a good enough reason and that he would only fill my medication for me to take it once a day instead of twice a day as it was prescribed by my own physician, and he announced this in front of everyone instead of confidential. He literally was treating me like I was seeking opioids I clearly have a medical condition. What gives him the right to judge me based upon the medication I have been prescribed. What happened to Being a decent person treating people with respect instead of being condescending. I know my body I know what I need. My doctor also knows as well so for you to come at me acting like you’re a doctor when you clearly aren’t. Doesn’t give you the right to judge me or not even give me what I was properly prescribed. You should totally be fired Shame on this pharmacy and the male pharmacist! You should be fired from this pharmacy because your bedside manner is absolutely terrible. Get off your high horse and come back to reality where you belong!

I would give a zero but it won't let me cluttered isles and don't get me started on incompetent pharmacists. Especially Wong. They have zero customer service skills
