I'd give them zero stars if possible. I have a script from my physician at Stanford. I am usually a Fig Garden CVS customer, but Stanford mistakenly sent this refill to this Target. I went to go and pick it up and the pharmacist rudely stated that since I'm not usually their customer, since my physician was from out of town, and since there was a low stock of this drug, they canceled the prescription. Not transferred it but cancelled it. They never once called me to tell me this. My CVS app indicated that this drug was ready for me to pick up. Additionally, I got text notifications from CVS reminding me that my drug was ready to be picked up. They treated me as if I was trying to get a prescription from a shady back alley physician. Stanford Medical Center is world-renowned and hardly a shady, unknown clinic. I was treated like a drug addict by a rude pharmacist. I'm a middle aged person who is not and never has been a drug addict. Nor do I appear to be a drug-addled lunatic. I had a legitimate prescription from a legitimate physician. This location was also filthy. I've lived in four different states and have used CVS pharmacy in every place I've lived, including locations in Target stores. I've never once seen a CVS that was this dirty. I think that CVS corporate needs to take a long hard look at this location and perhaps give their pharmacists some training on how to not treat customers like they're as filthy as their pharmacy counter.

This pharmacy is bad. They seem incompetent, I had to jump through hoops to get my prescription started. I go back for the refill and I'm told that I don't have anymore refills. This didn't make sense because I previously had my prescription set up for 3 month refills. How did they mess up my prescription that fast??? Anyways I'm going to call their corporate office to complain. They need to learn how to do their jobs. Walgreens and Savemart never gave me this much hassle. This is ridiculous. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

First off, I normally go to Fig Garden CVS which is great. I figured, I am always in Target, why not try this CVS? That was my first mistake, don't mess with a good thing. I went to pick up my medicine and they said, "don't have it in stock, try back tomorrow." It didn't matter I was out and needed it. Asked if I could pay for the over the counter item for my daughter, because I also had a script for her and she says "can't buy that here, it's a target item." The hell? So, I call them today, sit on hold for 22 minutes. The lady proceeds to tell me that I usually get this script at a different CVS. I said, I know, but it's a new script every three months. She said, "we will fill it this time but you'll have to get it from there next time, we won't refill it here." She told me yesterday I couldn't have it transferred back to Fig since they were out, but all the sudden they can? Went to pick up my script, which I have to pay cash for, and usually use a Good Rx coupon (at Fig). She said, "we don't accept Good RX for controlled substances." So interesting, because I use it at the better CVS. Customer service is horrible, and I feel like they want people to jump through hoops with rules that only apply to them. Plus, it's the only part of Target that's hella dirty, garbage on the floor by the window, keypads and register plexiglass that looks like they haven't been wiped since Covid started. Moral of the story--this CVS is worse than Shields/West and that's saying a lot. Stick to Fig Garden -- it's clean, it's ready when you get there, and they don't give you second class treatment with ridiculous made up rules if your prescription is controlled.

While they are a decent pharmacy. they serve my partner well. Me on the other hand. i use a different specialty because of my health needs. I only use them to refill syringes I need for injection med. Now this is not the fault of this specific CVS. The corporate phone border on harassment. I would deal with spammers. They are less persistent. I was getting 3 calls a day from them for over a week because filled a prescription I didn't order from them. Ignored it and it started up again today. Someones to take CVS corporate phone away. Im giving it a 3 because its a good pharmacy. Something need to be done about this.
