I have been trying to get my prescriptions after leg surgery and it has been difficult and strenuous with this location.First, they were denying me my prescriptions because I had two different health insurances and they only had my secondary on file. That is understandable but I was never informed about it. I did not understand how that could be the case because I was not made aware of it upon my first visit where I paid 25$ for one of the medications (which I thought was all the medication prescribed by my doctor to me) from the Punjabi lady pharmacist. I even asked her if there were more prescriptions in the drive thru and was told no. So whatever, I had surgery and took the only prescription I thought I was prescribed meloxicam at home. However, the pain and nausea got so bad and I ran a fever that I called my doctor. My doctor asked me what medication was I taking and after I told him only meloxicam and tylenol, he informed me he sent antibiotics, anti nausea meds, and oxycodine acetaminophen to this location!!! After I went back to this CVS for the rest of my medications, only THEN was I made aware about the two different health insurances and how they couldn’t give me it. They weren’t even aware I obtained the meloxicam prescription until I told them so as a rebuttal. I even got questioned how because apparently I wasn’t even supposed to receive it!After I settled it with my insurance, they only gave me antibiotics. This confused me again because my doctor clearly stated he also sent other prescriptions! I called them up again and asked them to look in their system to see if there’s any other medications they could have missed. The lady pharmacist told me no. I asked her again and she still said no. I literally downloaded the cvs app to double check all my prescriptions and guess what- all the other medications my doctor sent over was PUT ON HOLD!!!! By the pharmacy!!!!!!! :(((I could not understand this!! I was so frustrated and hurt because I really needed these medications and you told me there were no other medications for me! And you only end up giving them to me after I firmly told you exactly what they were :((( How could you not have seen these prescriptions on hold on your end???? ?I am still in the process of trying to get my prescription for oxycodin acetaminophen because the pharmacy said they need a diagnosis code from my doctor. They claimed to have never received the first request so I had to call my doctor again to send in the second one, even though my doctor told me himself he sent that prescription over the first time already. It’s been a really unpleasant experience with this location and I will not be choosing to go here again. It was my first time getting surgery and having to fight for my medications in this way just really left a bad taste. Thank you for helping me within the means of your pharmacy staff but I will be staying away from here.

If you have questions concerning prescriptions and savings, I recommend speaking to Alejandro at the Fowler/Kings Canyon CVS. He was patient and took the time to look into information I needed! Blessed??

I will drive 20-25 minutes out of my way just to go to this location. Never had a problem here. If customer service is important to you, this is the place. Every single time I come the staff is always helpful and NICE!! I asked to transfer all my prescriptions here and she said she could do it immediately whereas other locations told me to do it online or other options. Love this place. So grateful it's a drive-thru, it's so convenient, they get most of my prescriptions filled the same day at earlier times. Thank you!

What happened to this CVS Pharmacy??? It's the worse one yet! They use to go above and beyond for their customers. I went this morning, right when they opened to get my son's ww2medication. One clerk said they didnt have anything for him. The other clerk found it in the system, but said my insurance won't cover it. She said she would have to fax over a request for Dr to change it. I said that was fine and I asked when can I hear back from CVS and she said she didn't know and that was up to the Pharmacist. I never received an apology or anything. So who knows when my son will get his medication! I'm definitely switching to Walgreens even though we've been at this CVS ever since they opened.

I only go here because I live nearby and want to save gas. Employees always look miserable and are short staffed.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for quite some time now and I would highly recommend! Although the pharmacy has been short staffed, this has not changed the customer experience I have received and seen others receive while there. The staff is really excellent in accommodating to the fact that they are short staff. All of the employeees are very helpful, polite and are great at making your needs and concerns their first priority. The employees are awesome, keep up the good work!

This CVS pharmacy has gone down hill with their service. Long wait time inside and the drive through. Even the phone takes almost 10 minutes to talk to someone. Have all my prescription set as auto refill but never gets filled unless I call and ask for it to be filled. New prescription doesn't get filled because was told that they are busy. This area is a growing neighborhood and they need more workers inside the pharmacy to meet the demands of their customers. Never have I ever waited over 30 minutes just to pick up my prescription at any other pharmacy expect for this location.

This CVS Pharmacy has really declined in service. They take soooooo long to fill prescriptions. I told them I would wait for it then 1/2 hour later they say the pharmacist went to lunch then 1/2 after that they say it will be an hour. Last time they told me 4 hours & it took them 6 days to fill my prescriptions. Really?? They're worst than the county UMC pharmacy

Dropped prescription off last night and they forgot to fill it so I said I would come back today. It's 4:48p and now they are asking me to wait for it! It's been 24 hours! Why would I have to wait still???
