My job requires traveling. . It's bad enough that my family can't travel with me and I miss them so much, , plus the price of gas, groceries and hotels have skyrocketed. I want to stay in hotels that do not charge an unreasonable price , plus the room must be roomy, clean, and doesn't have that lingering smell of cigarettes or of the previous person .I also appreciate or value the real meaning of customer service. At the end of the day whenI''m tired and needs something , I expect the , concierge to help me and I expect them to be polite , even with a smile. Finally, we can't forget essentials like microwave,, coffeemaker, small refrigerator. a heavenly bed with heavenly pillows and a c a warm, soft blankets. and a large size flat smart TV with free shows and free moviesThis was the exact experience I had from Days Inn Yosemite 6050 N Blackstone in Fresno.Thank you very much for making my time away from home pleasant and more manageable.. Kudos to the staff like Jordan.

I booked this room because I was staying in fresno for the weekend and the rooms looked beautiful in the pictures. First of all, the rooms STINK as soon as you walk in, idk if it's the a/c or the carpet but it smells old. Next I went to the restroom and found a cockroach in the sink and another cockroach by my bed. The rooms were very small, not suitable for 4 people even though it was a double bed. At night you can hear a lot of people yelling in the parking lot and lots of cars, footsteps. I just would advise you not to stay here.

.... Hi everyone, I'm back by popular demand! So, this--I am not sure where to even begin I am just nearly beyond words. . . Let me begin by implementing the disclaimer that it is by no means my mission to slander or discredit any of the places I stay/visit. These reviews I write are simply to give people a fair warning of what they might expect to experience. With that being said: of all the places I have stayed in the state of California, this motel is hands down the second worst and I will never return to waste my money again. Their only saving grace was their employee Itzel (hope I spelled that correctly) who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. She's very professional and kind. I appreciate that she stayed on the phone with me to give directions to park. This is room 212: I reserved the place on Priceline for the breakfast and the fact that they allow pets and upon arrival, I noted it was not the best location on Blackstone. It says North Fresno but I suggest going MUCH FARTHER NORTH. The parking lot in front was full and though there is a back lot, I personally would not feel safe leaving my vehicle there I don't feel it was well lit. When I went to check in I was notified that all local people were required to leave a $200 cash deposit (I was required to because my DL is unfortunately still local due to a DMV issue but I digress), this was a red flag to me indicating that the local people are trashing the rooms despite the pictures online. I notified the staff I had a service animal with me and went to the room (btw, if you have a service animal ensure you have your papers or you are charged $55/night for the pet fee). I was greeted by an insect of some sort on one of the [full; though I reserved 2 queens] beds. There was a fridge and microwave as well as a dirty Keurig (I cycled it 5 times to attempt to get the gunk out of where WATER should go but I finally just gave up being tired of seeing floating stuff in my water). The light switches were dirty, and the bathroom had some sort of black stuff on a few walls. The breakfast consisted of pale greenish bananas, red potatoes, cereal, toast, eggs, pork sausage, waffles, coffee, apple juice (tasty) and OJ (watered down). I don't feel it was kept at a decent temperature while sitting for the 3 hours it's available (6a-9a).*Sigh* Keeping this personal experience in mind, I would not recommend this motel to anyone but if you are interested to each their own.

I absolutely LOVED this place. My partner liked it too. The rooms are so cozy and small but I love how modern and very soft their beds were. NO sign of bedbugs or grime anywhere, they offer breakfast and you have a Keurig in your room for fresh coffee whenever you like. Paul Michelle brand bath products and cable and internet. We had a slight problem when we realized that the sheets had recently been washed and were still wet when placed over the mattress but after I let the staff know they immediately came and brought us some new sheets and even refunded a deposit out of courtesy. They were so apologetic and so nice, and I absolutely loved that they were pet friendly thats always a plus in my family. Vacancy was no issue and of course, neither was parking. We ended up getting the spot right in front of our door! And I loved the privacy screens and the beautiful glass shower doors. Very modern and luxurious. Thank you Days Inn for making our stay comfortable and for your courtesy. We will definitely be staying here again, we were extremely comfortable and even my 9yo son loved the experience

My son had an early doctors appointment at Children's Hospital in Madera, so we decided to spend the night close by instead of driving over an hour and a half that morning. We basically just needed an inexpensive place to sleep, and one that served a free breakfast. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just what I described above. This place fit the bill, but as they say "you get what you pay for". The beds were very comfortable, the check-in/check-out process was very easy (both workers I dealt with were very polite and professional). The TV had a loose connection cord, so the cable kept going in and out until we wiggled it around. The shower didn't drain very well, so by the end we were standing in toe deep water. There was a lot of traffic noise as the site sits next to a very busy road (Blackstone). The walls are pretty thin, so you can at times hear your neighbor if they are loud. The breakfast offered was pretty simple, but it served its purpose. Country potatoes, sausage links, and fried eggs were the hot dishes offered. Toast, a juice station, coffee, cereal, and oatmeal was also available. I asked my son what he would rank this place and he replied, "it served the purpose we were looking for, but it had some issues". So long story short, if you want a fancy/upscale place, this probably isn't for you.

I am a traveling musician. Holidays away from home are a drag, but you make the best of it. For this Thanksgiving, we landed here. We were greeted and checked in by two girls, one training; both made us feel welcomed. Sometimes we are not, so we appreciate a warm reception. The rooms were clean, and the shower excellent. I felt like I was sleeping in a room sincerely cared for.In the morning, I walked to the lobby to see if there was coffee. The girl behind the counter asked if I was checking out; I was, but said that I was really looking for coffee. There was none in the lobby, but a girl with emerald green eyes came from the office and said there was none, but she would make me a cup. Random acts of kindness like this restore my faith in the Spirit of Humanity. Thanks for a great stay and outstanding hospitality. Sincerely, From Everywhere

I made my Reservations about a month ago, Thur Travelocity App which with absolutely no problem I read, read my reservation that gave the cost the Room details location and rules. I indicated that I was traveling with my Pet and that this Hotel was Dog-friendly and ( Did not) indicated that there was a Extra cost! Of $ 55.00 per Dog also when I checked In there was $ 50.00 dollar damage cost? That was NOT indicated!. I asked to talk to the manager and the (girl) said she wasn't here she was off site and that there was No way of talking to her? I asked Her to call her? NOPE she said" all these HIDDEN fees were outrageous!!! When we got our Room#107 the room smelled and the Bathroom was dirty there was poop in the Bottom of the Bowl,.. very very disappointed unfortunately we Had to stay we were to far to Drive home and Dogs were tired, Luckily I travel with Lysol, and Clorox wipes and our own Blankets..

Staff was very friendly and the room was mostly fine. However, there was some pretty severe water damage in the bathroom (popcorn ceiling bubbling and peeling off), and the parking was pretty inconvenient--I had to use a lot in the back that's pretty isolated from the front of the hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever! The peopleAbove us were running around all night....ALL NIGHT! We called the front and they said everyone was complaining about that room. But they did nothing about it. We checked in at 7pm. This family had kids running around from that time until the left out at 2:45 am! So we got no sleep.
