I just got off the phone with a manager Justin at his facility. Would highly recommend their facility. He was very helpful with the problem that I had on hand.
I am right now at a Derrel's mini storage at another part of Fresno I will be transferring my Storage to their facility. He was very helpful in handling my issue also very Knowledgeable answering my questions about my account.I had with the other facility

I would definitely recommend this Derrell’s location. The couple in charge are really nice and sweet. The facility was always cleaned and well managed. I felt our stuff was safe & we even forgot to lock our unit one time over night, but nothing happened. If I could give 10 stars to this location, I would. :)
