Not wanting to rate with any stars for this facility… This system forces you to rate with at least one star. Discovered there are items missing from my storage unit. Wondering where they went.… Who has been in my storage unit?! Interesting enough, the lock & key set was purchased there at that facility. Also, when I opened my account there at this facility, the manager, for some funny reason didn’t want me using my own lock. Hmmm… I wonder why? My rating is zero stars for failed security… The manager says this has happened to other people as well in this same facility @ Shaw & Golden State.

The representative that I talked to was real nice and sweet.. she explained everything to me and she went out of her way to look for a storage unit that I wanted at other facilities..I appreciate that..

Getting in and out is difficult because of that disaster high speed rail being built near it but the rent is reasonable and people very nice

The manager was very rude. Yesterday she was sweet as pie, today she is having I guess a menopause episode......update I spoke with Matthew today who is a group manager. He was very responsive and seemed to care about my situation so I will now give them 4 stars.

Cathy was excellent providing customer service, storage information, guidelines, and rules. Love the small size I got, I’ve searched everywhere nearby for a small storage and price to fit my needs. Perfect size for just boxes. I highly recommend this Derrel’s storage location at Golden State and Shaw.
