Autopay hasn't worked for me. So I have experienced late payments. I've always paid every month. It's frustrating to have these additional fees with no flexibility.

Again, every month, autopay isn't working. So now I will have a late charge. I can't afford right now because I'm trying to purchase a large travel trailer to live in. So the 15-20$ I spent driving around looking for money order place, adding the late fee(never late to pay any of my bills, until now! I would pull all my storage out but the movers alone I can't afford. Good job Chestnut Diagonal Derrels. And why should I pay late fees when I have had to scramble because autopay has not worked?
Now I will spend into my money set aside for rent at my new house!! No food now? I'm disgusted.

Mona was super helpful in getting me and my girlfriend set up with a 5x15 storage unit.We were able to look at the unit before signing paperwork, which I appreciated. Besides a few spiders and spiderwebs, the unit was clean and ready for storage. There were rat baits and closed traps thoughout the unit/facility, but we saw no evidence of pests or rodents. It looked more like prevenative measures to keep any rodent activity at bay. The facility is super clean, with wide driveways all the way up to your unit.We bought an affordable lock from the office, and Mona explained all the paperwork and entering/exiting procedures to us before I signed. Pay quarterly and save 10%! Also insurance was super cheap for $2,500 worth of items. Easy to add-on to your rent.
