Don’t go to the Derrel storage on dakota in Fresno I prepaid a month in advance and when having a storage just wasn’t in my budget moved everything out before the next month I paid for told I would get a check in 3-10 business never did then told oh it’s 4-6 weeks that has come and gone and still haven’t received anything they are thief’s at this point and have stolen my 80 dollars I paid in advance don’t not use this place

I had a very disappointing experience with L.D.'s customer service. Her lack of understanding and communication skills left me frustrated and confused. They even threatened eviction and trespassing charges when I simply asked questions to clarify the situation. It's important for businesses to be patient and respectful when customers seek clarification, and unfortunately, this was not the case with L.D.

Baiman and Lavonda were amazing to work with it. My husband and I have been shopping around for a new storage and the minute we walked in to their office we were greeted with a smile and of the best customer service. We are happy to say that we were able to rent a storage unit from this location and glad to know that they are easy to work with for any future questions/concerns and made us feel very comfortable storing our things here. Thank you.
