Tracy is great. She was very helpful and friendly. But her relief manager Steve, needs a little more training in customer service. He was rude, that fact he said "We don't care" was very rude. He doesn't know what people are going through, he should have a little more sympathy. When he says we don't care, he's making the whole company of @Derrels Storage look bad. Times are bad for some people and not by choice. The economy has gotten hard so keep that in mind, Steve!

Smaller facility just north of Kaiser Hospital and a half mile from River Park. Well-maintained site. Fair rates and excellent staff - can't beat the full-time managers, Tracy and Charlie. Best of if the best. Highly recommend!

I've rented from Derrel's for more than 20 years, and am always impressed with the team members knowledge, kindness, and great customer service. The facilities are clean, well maintained and I've never had a problem that wasn't corrected quickly. Five stars plus!

Amazing prices and customer service is awesome very patient and understanding. Price wise is really good so happy it's close by my house and I'm able to feel comfortable in leaving my personal items. Been with him close to a year and happy since since I started with them.
