I have been with this facility for about 7 months now. When I first moved in, the process was very easy. I upgraded to a larger unit and it was just as easy. Ron was very friendly and took very good care of me. The lady who was there that day was very nice as well, but I did not remember to get her name. The site is clean, well taken care of, and easy to navigate. The site also seems to be quite secure. I hope to continue doing business here.
