DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE -5 STARSThis year was my first year of doing taxes and I came across this tax place and I decided to give it a shot. Worst place ever, from the receptionist to the tax lady (Monica). I waited for 2 hrs as they don’t take appointments. I was called in and Monica was very rude, she acted like I was below her, saying “I shouldn’t be doing your job” because I didn’t add up some numbers for a deduction. In total she took I kid you not 5min filing my takes and she charged me $320(I have a receipt to prove it). She was charging everyone a different price. She clearly doesn’t care to help people she just wants your money. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

Just got done doing my taxes here. This is the second year coming to Diaz Financial. Once again, Monica was amazing, very professional, and excellent communication. A little bit of a wait but worth it, once in her office she had everything done quickly. Definetly recommend Monica at Diaz Financial. I will be back next year.
