Bad customer service
I usually shop at this store, but yesterday I had a really disappointing experience. I unfolded a T-shirt just to check the size (since it wasn’t visible), but it wasn’t my size, so I left it. I wasn’t able to fold it back properly.
A tall, slim female employee — who was on her phone — came over and said with an attitude, “Nice mess, good job,” and walked by muttering something under her breath. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. Because of her behavior, I left everything I planned to buy and walked out.
I’ve never been treated like this in any store before. I’m leaving this review so management is aware of how certain staff treat customers. Please remind your team to be professional and respectful to everyone.

Came here today to visit the fitting room for golf clubs. Matt helped out today and made the experience so much fun! He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all the questions I had. He did not rush my visit, and made it a fun experience from start to finish! Thank you Matt, you're the best!

Never had someone act so bothered to be asked for help. Their heavy marijuana smell could have been a big reason. Two guys(hardly) working cashier on 4/29 at 6:30 PM

IF you are a golfer, beginner or veteran, come to this Dick's store for your golfing needs. You will be greeted with respect and courtesy no matter how many questions you have. I am a fairly new golfer and I have never been treated better and with more respect and courtesy. Matt from the Golf Department is super knowledgeable and an all around cool guy, I honestly don't think you will find a better experience with any Golfing Service than at this particular store.

Terrible customer service! Stanton up front didn't care to take the time to help me find the shoes I wanted after an ordering mix up with another employee. What a terrible customer service representative!! Do better!

The store is really nice and prices are fine. I'm just disappointed in the customer service. One associate was close behind and didn't ask if I needed help. I didn't know she was behind me until I turned around. I asked if they had more of an item in another section and she said no. I walked away to tell my family and right after that, we found another section with more of the item I was looking for. Checking out was so better. Cashier was also not friendly and seemed annoyed.

I had to give a review of this store, because it is one of my favorite places to shop!! I've purchased so many items here, from Nike shoes, to Nike apparel,; hoodies, shorts, leggings, tees, sports bras, socks., Fanny pack, back pack, head bands & UnderArmor gear as well as Fresno State gear and accessories. I recently purchased my son some Nike Air Force1, he usually buys online, but I like to go into a actual store lol. I wasn't able to find these anywhere else in Fresno! The customer service here is excellent and if you sign up for points rewards, you earn $10 off with every $300 you spend, and that's easy to do here lol.

I was kicked out of their parking lot while sitting in my vehicle reading. You think they would be nicer to someone in a recreational vehicle, with them being a sporting goods store. Especially since I was far from the entrance. Anyway, their selection is not as good as it used to be when it comes to camping gear. There are better options.
