John is absolutely amazing, the guy just makes the process easy. Needed an oil change, told me once he gets the oil in he'd call to schedule, not many places will remember. Also very knowledgeable on tires, that will be my next purchase. Thank you John and the rest of the crew for making things effortless on the customers part.

I called for the promotion I need 4 tires the flyer says name brand tires when I spoke on the phone they could not tell me wich region the tires are from don’t waste your time

John at the West Shaw location really saved my butt. I got a flat and my spare didnt fit. I called and said I could be there in 10 minutes. This was 2:30 on the 4th of July and they were closing early. I got there closer to 3 as I tried to places that were closer to me (they were closed) and I got a train. He got it fixed in record time and I could have not have been more appreciative. He could have said no but he really came through. Ive been getting my tires from Discount for both cars for years and will continue to do so.

Had a awesome first experience. John was very helpful and a pro at what he does. I give high marks to John. The service done to my car was top notch and did in a timely manner, awesome work.
