I have gone to DIVA many times. Some of their services were good some so so but this was the worst pedicure I have experienced. Guy only did one coat of polish he thought I wasn’t paying attention so I had to ask for second coat then he goes outside to smoke n did not do a top coat. I complained to the others they all looked at me confused. They had to go get him. I was the only one in salon the whole time. Now I know y

My daughter & I went in for pedicures today. Staff was friendly and did a great job. We will visit again.

I went in for a manicure and gel polish, the cleaning on the cuticles was poor and my nails chipped two days later! I will not be going back

Spent 40$ for hand nails shellac only did not even last a week. Color cracked the second the day very disappointed!!

I had my nails done for my granddaughter's wedding. The person I was sitting with didn't speak English so my communication with him was never acknowledged. The tips were too narrow and he then cut the sides to save him from filing. I asked him to stop after protesting and insisting he STOP! His acrylic application technique was amateur at best and I wanted them off and another nail technician. Three and half hours later I finally left with something that was not worth what it cost in money and my time. Sort of embarrassing for me at the wedding. I won't be back to Diva.

Save yourself the money and time and don’t come here. I’ve been going here for years but this was my last time. See photo below for photos. Asked for a polish French and they rushed through: the polish was clumping and uneven as I sat for the recommended time. The nail tech removed an ingrown nail from my toe without my consent. Further, nail techs are generally not licensed or qualified to make this kind of removal. The same man scrapped underneath my nail so hard I almost jumped out of my seat. Finally, the hygiene practices here are awful. Techs use their bare and long nails to scrape the sides of polish or gel off your nails or if they do wear gloves, they touch your feet with gloves, then touch other items they use on ever client line the tub of sugar scrub thrown in an a baby formula tub. Finally, I asked about the 15% off attached to the business information on google - they didn’t honor that discount. Goodluck to anyone who goes here! :)

Called them told them I would be there in 15 which they agreed that would be good. When I walked in noticed quite a few people she told me to sit down. As I was seeing another person getting done someone's nails I thought I would be next. No there was someone ahead of me. There was nobody acknowledging me until I walked out

Got in right away as a walk-in. The nail tech I had was really good and the leg massage was amazing and the pedi itself looked great... the only thing that ruined the experience was rudeness of the woman sitting behind the reception desk when I went to pay for the service. When I asked if it was X amount to clarify the dollar amount for service, she snapped "yeah" almost like she was put out...I teach high school freshmen and many of them have more respect than what I was shown. I will be back because the season is clean, and the techs do their jobs well, but lady, your reception and customer service need improvement

Went in for a gel pedicure and wasn't really happy with the result but I did let it go as I didn't wanted to seem picky or rude but the next day my gel started to come off it's clear they don't use high quality products :(
