I'd just like awareness to be put out there for the public to know, I think that were all living in a tight budget and it isn't gonna get any better anytime soon, I'm an in home care provider so I do allot if grocery shopping for 3 different clients well they live in a budget and since the 99 cent store closed down that's was on Clinton and Fruit I haven't much of a choice than to go to these store in McKinney and Fruit, well here's where the problem is I've had all 3 of my clients had to replace there EBT cards cuz they were compromised someone tried to steal there stamps it isn't a coincidence that I go that I go to the same grocery store which is Dollar general for all three clients and they all had their food stamp compromise not to mention when you go to the second register in the middle aisle I have had to make them give me my money back I had $13 worth of things and they try to charge me $86 with their cash register was putting random numbers and I don't it didn't only happen once it happened several times so something isn't right about that store

Just witnessed a kind and selfless act by a cashier. I was in checkout lane 1, and there was a customer ahead purchasing some miscellanious items and diapers. While paying, the customer didn't have adequate fund to cover the cost, so they told the cashier to remove some items. The cashier, instead, took out her wallet and paid the balance for the customer. She did it without thinking. It's such an amazing thing to do and definitely deserves praise. Time was about 12:57pm 01/26.

Store needs new or better management. The aisles are full of stock shipment which makes it hard for customers to shop. Perhaps consider hiring a crew to stock before or after business hours. Would also minimize the risk of potential customer injury. Employees lack customer service and proper cashier skills. Double scanning items causing issues at checkout which holds up the already long lines. When a customer express an item scanned goes with a separate order remove / delete item.

I've had a really bad day and I never take it out on anyone. Alot of pent up emotions. I didn't get the employees name but thank you for treating me like a human and beyond. You don't know what that means to me.. I was in scrubs and you had blonde hair. I only got an energy drink and essentials for the day.
Keep that beautiful energy pls. ❤️You don't know who you're keeping going

After standing in line for over 10 minutes why they switch cashiers twice they had to go get an item with the tag on it it was my turn next the lady in front of me paid with $100 bill and I told the lady that was going to get change for cashier I have $100 bill too I figured that way she didn't have to walk back over twice wherever take big bills she says I can't take your hundred dollar bill very rudly if she would have looked in my cart I had at least $80 worth of stuff so it shouldn't mattered if I had $100 bill or not but she had no reason to be that rude to me mainly after I stood in line that long so I just walked out and left all the stuff I was going to buy workers may not care about the money coming in but I'm sure the owner cares about sales

This is my go-to place to save money but also quickly shop for things that need at home. The clerks are friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate that.

Good low cost shopping. Don't have a few specialty items or big selection of products. Meat and vegetable section small. But overall good for on a budget.

I went to this store to get cat food, when I go to check out a employee walked up to me and accused me of stealing. He told me to pay for the items I had in my purse. I said what items and opened my purse. He said to me again pay for the items in your purse. I was so upset I dumped my purse out on the counter. I was so embarrassed. I left shaking and almost hit another car, I was so upset.

I came to buy ice cream and let me say this Sheyla the cashier need to stop racially profiling black kids with backpacks. So embarrassing to not even do it yourself and tell your coworker to “go tell those girls they need to leave their backpack in the front” while another groups of kids didn’t buy anything with no backpacks got told nothing who most definitely had sticky fingers. Gross experience.

Greeted upon entering by a kind worker. Quick run to get a few things....face wipes, sweet&lo, fat free milk, cat treats, soil, etc. Clean, safe & practiced! Pretty easy to find what you want. Worker was kind at checkout. Coupon good until today. Spend $25 and get $5 off. Pretty good! Good service and store! Recommended!
