I can completely turn your store around because whoever is managing your store and your employees is not doing a good job obviously, there’s no structure

I visited the store yesterday (10/27/2024). I have a habit of carrying my backpack so I expect (entering a store) to be asked to put it aside (being non-white). Upon entering the store I walked in front of the counter, gave ample time to the staff for them to ask me about my backpack but no one did so I went into the aisle. We were there to look at the TV table and bedside tables and after exploring for a while and about to finalize on two items we were approached by a gentleman who asked me to put my backpack behind the counter. I felt disappointed, left the store, and resolved never to visit again.

I frequent this location just about weekly. NOTHING was to prepare me for what I was about to witness. A couple with several elementary aged girls were shopping. On of the littlest girls bout 5 or 6 was throwing a tantrum because what she wanted they weren't going to have enough money for. The customer behind them offered to buy it for them so the little one can be happy. So the family left the store.
THE CASHIER CHRIS... (omg!) He started lecturing the generous woman about proper parenting and how he didnt think she should reward the child.
1. HE'S NOT THERE TO GIVE PARENTING ADVISE!
2. HE SAID HE HAD NO CHILDREN- SO HE'S NO EXPERT TO BE TALIKING ABOUT CHILD REARING
3. FORCING YOUR VIEWS AND OPINIONS OF PARENTING IS NOT THE JOB HE WAS BEING PAID FOR.
I WAS BEYOND ANGRY I couldnt speak! My husband was trying to cheer me up but if I would have opened my mouth it would have been to cuss him out.
I was disappointed in the acting manager, tall gentleman who heard all this and just stood by and did nothing.
Needless to say the woman Chris insulted and was rude to, left her items and left the store.
I dont blame her, I almost did the same thing.

Outstanding food and snack areas in well stocked department store. FInd funky potato chips, Doritos, candy, cookies and soda flavors you see online but don’t know where to buy them. Wide aisles generally clutter free. Even had plenty hand baskets, ask cashier.

Bad environment, crowded aisles with goods to stock, target prices so... Not worth a visit. Pass pass pass.

Not the cleanest store to shop at but extremely friendly and efficient staff, well stocked, and great prices when you use digital coupons!

The employees were friendly, they have a huge variety of different items, and no long lines, so that was nice. The store was a little clustered and some stuff is priced a little bit high. Still found a couple of cute items to purchase though.
