Wouldn’t even give one start. I stopped going here the moment one of the managers racially profiled me. I would have took it farther because yes I want that employee manger fired!!!! But there’s no use in wasting your time!!!

I really love this store, it's so many products to choose from, and the cashiers are respectful, Shout out to employee Gen for helping me with the bags to my car, She definitely showed what great customer service is supposed to be. I really appreciate her for that.

During my recent visit to Dollar Tree, I was disheartened to encounter an employee named Christopher who displayed a concerning RAF attitude towards customers. It's crucial for employees, especially in a customer service-oriented environment, to provide courteous and friendly service. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my interaction.Christopher's lack of basic greetings such as "hi," "thank you," or "bye" left me feeling undervalued as a customer. These small but significant gestures go a long way in creating a positive shopping experience. In a retail setting, where customer satisfaction is paramount, such lapses in courtesy can leave a lasting negative impression.It's important for employees to understand that their interactions with customers directly impact the store's reputation and the overall shopping experience. Working in customer service requires patience, politeness, and a commitment to ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated.In light of my experience, I hope that Dollar Tree addresses this issue and provides training and guidance to employees like Christopher. It is essential to uphold the standards of customer service to create a welcoming and pleasant shopping environment for all patrons. Customers should be able to shop with confidence, knowing that their needs will be met with courtesy and professionalism.

I don't like when cashier's open a new line and let anyone come in line instead of the next person. Thanks a lot Christopher. Outside of that, they usually have a nice amount of things I need and are clean. Apparently I don't know how to use GPAY. I'm used to just waving it and its done. I didn't know I still had to put my pin in so I held up the line for an entire minute but Damanique was very nice Christopher came over to help her and figured out that I needed to put in my pin Thank you guys for your patience.

Tower Dollar Tree Sux! They let junkies use their dumpster area daily to sell their drugs and shoot up! Homeless crashing in their parking lot, leaving trash around that DT never bothers to pick up! The entrance to the store is absolutely filthy, totally understaffed inside the store with no manager on duty at times. I don't want to spend 15-20 minutes in line to spend my money and even get a hassle doing that if you don't have correct change. Argh! Rant over. I'll go elsewhere.

I actually frequent this Dollar Tree. I've never really had any issues with service or anything. I don't hear good things about the Corporation or how they treat their employees. I don't like spending my money at a company like that... but what are you going to do?The 1 star rating was for the Refusal by Management or anyone to Call FPD for me the morning of... June 9, 2019 or to allow me to use a phone to call them myself.I was having a crisis and probably looked like a homeless person & maybe even sounded like a crazy person... but that is no excuse to NOT ALLOW a person in distress to call the authorities. Don't they have some kind of duty to report? They have a CITY BUSINESS license. That comes with some responsibility to the General Public. You would think.Not encouraging anyone Not to Shop there... just know that in #SouthFresnoMatters and in #OneFresno in general businesses aren't encouraged to HELP people that could possibly be Homeless.They probably DO NOT EVEN HAVE A LAND LINE‼️There aren't Pay Phones everywhere anymore... if your Cell Phone is dead, lost, damaged, stolen and you are stranded out in Public⁉️ What does a woman alone do...?It's much Safer to approach a business than a Stranger. I would think a business would at least make the call... to mitigate any potential liability. If I walked away and collapsed down the street... after a National Chain had REFUSED to CONTACT authorities for me or about me? Or anyone in Distress?It's either lack of Training, Negligence, the Dispruption to Sales or maybe Fear of the #FresnoThugs.

I bought some things from here and things were not in my bag somehow when I left. But I paid for them and now I’m at the drive in theater without what I paid for. This isn’t the first time they’ve forgotten to put all my items in the bag.

Was shopping here, had my cart full and needed to use restroom was told to walk to tower market for their bathroom. It was an emergency. But nope. Left my cart and went home. If I can't even use your restroom why am I giving you my money? So unbelievably rude. ESPECIALLY if I've used it there before.
