We started to smell a rotten egg/skunk smell, knew that could be a natural gas leak and called Dorns Gas. At 12 midnight they showed up and checked everywhere for the leak, they found the leak and repaired it on the spot. The man is still here and is about finished and it's almost 2 in the morning! Best service, best customer service and our family feels safe, thanks to Dorns Gas.

Never had a problem. They top my tank and let me make payment. I just pay the whole tab. Good price.

Zero stars wasn't an option. When you call in to speak to someone regarding an order discrepancy you'll get a so called manager that says he "doesnt care". I mentioned that his customer service is lacking. His response, "Thats fine". I will be making sure everyone in my area starts looking for another company. Finding out you cant order less than an entire fill up with no notification of this change is beside me. How it was just handled on the phone is completely unprofessional. I have more to say about this EMPLOYEE, but Im sure the company knows.???
