We would have been a new customer, but they missed the pick up 3 days in row. I had to use a same day carrier which costs us an extra $1200. They were a referral from a supplier. That supplier had a shipment of 12 bundles of 20' strut. First it was lost. Then Doss only delivered 11, and still a week later the extra bundle still has not been delivered, and this was after they told my customer it would arrive the next day. Now, they are not returning calls. If you need anything quickly or arriving complete, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Good place to work, facility could use some improvement, not enough working equipment in my personal opinion, Jonathan the head lift operator, is very moody, and doesn't really seem to care about anyone and anything, very rude/nice when he feels like, and doesn't really seem to care about the customers product, which in return reflects on the delivery person @ time of delivery, not to mention, ultimately reflects on Doss.(cost for damages) then trickles down the line.

Failed to deliver on time , excuse after excuse , non responsive to messages, had to keep changing phones to get them to answer. Been two weeks since promised delivery and so far nothing!Terrible customer service.
