I visited the store for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation, as there was a sale on shoes. I spoke with a sales associate who informed me there was a 20% discount on most items, except for a few. There was also a section with 40% off, but unfortunately, my size wasn't available in that area.
Later, I spoke with the cashier who helped me find the style I was looking for. However, at checkout, I only received a 10% discount, which was confusing given the earlier information.
It seems that the staff members were not all on the same page regarding the sale details. I ended up purchasing the sneakers I found most comfortable, but I believe the staff should be better informed and consistent in the information they provide to customers.

Staff were friendly and shared a great selection for occasions, like the convention i will attend this month, or weddings. There is a clearance section for extra savings. They also have a rewards club.

I always love coming here to get my shoes. They have a lot of sizes stock up and they do a great job checking if I got the correct size when checking out my shoes at the register. I really appreciate them taking the time to check it because sometimes some shoes are put into the wrong size box. Usually it doesnt happen to me but I did accidentally grabbed the wrong box one time and the cashier was kind to double check if I got the correct size. 😊

Associate named Matt seemed disinterested/uncomfortable answering questions about whether they had a certain shoe. Tried to avoid eye contact when I came to the register and stood in silence once I was there. I asked about a shoe, and he said I should order online if I couldn't find it. I asked if he could help me find it? He said if I couldn't find it they didn't have it. I said I didn't want to inconvenience him but was hoping to give his store some money. He grudgingly looked online then said they don't have the shoes. No problem there, that happens. Bad service though. Another store where employees seem to feel contempt/resentment toward their customers.

Kaitlynn and the rest of the front desk crew was amazing. They helped my return and new shows even with shipping in such a quick, relaxing manner. Nothing bit positive review! Thank you!!!

Prices are reasonable. Could use more sales to attract more customers. Men shoes are limited. Went to look for toddler shoes but not much selection. Mostly women shoes.

Walked in looking for some work boots and 2 security guards and an employee were standing there leaning against the racks just staring at me. They could’ve easily acknowledged me or asked if I needed help and I probably would have walked out with a purchase. Instead they ignored me so I walked out and went over to Work World where I was immediately greeted and a gal helped me right away to find what I needed. Hopefully this review gets in the hands of management of some sort of and these employees get the training they need on how to treat guests. I will never return here.
