Well, I would say the selection is nice. That’s not the problem. You know it tough to get out and shop as a parent and so the child has to go. Just to walk into a business is to give that business a chance to sell you something. I intended on spending a very large sum of $ today. However, the moment I entered the store with my wife and 2.5 year old child, one of the male employees had his eye on my daughter. It was very uncomfortable. I continued to shop and she ran around their empty store. Nothing crazy, just a little bit. She moved some clothing around on a hangar as the male employee said, “hey can you get her out of clothes?” I understand the concept but the delivery and the awkwardness was out of line. There are more polite ways to go about this. This immediately turned me off from spending at least a thousand in there which I was ready to do. I decided not to buy anything and left the store. Do better Eddie Bauer, it’s not easy shopping with a toddler and she was under control.

We went into the store and ordered an eddie Bauer 90l duffel bag and paid for 2 day shipping. We needed it before our vacation. 4 days later they have not even shipped the item nor do they care

The selection of clothing was good. The male employee (green hair) was wonderfully nice and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me look for a size I needed. Unfortunately, the female employee (purple hair) was just the opposite. It was clear that she did not want to be there. She should not be in a position where she interacts with customers.

5 star location! Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not only that they were all very pleasant and enthusiastic. We were so happy with the sales and selections we came back on multiple visits! Brandon, Jay, Gabby and Jessica were outstanding in assisting us and we will definitely be shopping here more often in the future! Thank you again for everything.
