This bank scam their own client. If you gonna bank with EECU make sure you keep track of your spending. Business could had withdrawn money from your bank account and EECU will refuse to display the transaction on your statement until 10 days later. Hoping that you will overdraft.

This bank auto insurance is out sourced to some other company, it's pain full to talk call center & getting right person ,they will keep charging $175 + intrest rate as well, we have to call again to refund.I am not getting my refund & keep calling customer support.

I'm glad the branch is reopen, because it's walking distance from my home. The staff is friendly and helpful, just waiting on the atm machine to be rebuilt ??

NOT WORTH THE GOOD INTEREST RATE! The worst bank we've ever used. We got a car loan with them and it's been a complete nightmare from day one. It's like you have to beg them to pay your bill. The low rate wasn't worth the hassle. They entice you with a low-interest rate then after they approve you they make you become a member by giving a donation. Then they charge you for car insurance even though you already have it and have provided copies of your policy. When your insurance policy renews, they make you go through it all over again. They can't get new policy information when every other car lender does. It's always something with them and they are incredibly frustrating to work with. Their staff acknowledges the issues but is powerless to fix anything. Paying a little more for interest at a different bank would be well worth it.

Had a transaction returned and charged a return check fee when we had money to cover the transaction. So now my $208 dmv transaction has turned into a $325 one. When I called to figure out what was going on the first representative I spoke with responded with "they have been doing that" as soon as I told her my dilemma. They offered the remedy of reversing their return check fee but that is of no help with the fees I have to pay to the dmv. She forwarded me to her manager Michelle who was of less help than the previous ladies I had spoken with. I've NEVER had this issue with any other bank of declining transactions when there was money in the account. Makes me not trust using my bank account through them.

Eduardo is the best. My bank made a mistake and bounced my direct deposit and IRS said it was going to take 2wks to get a check. Eduardo got my check in 1 day. Very thankful !!!!! Go to him and you won't be disappointed

First time coming to an EECU. Decided to refinance my car with them because of the low interest rate. Went in didn't have an appointment so we checked in and waited. The security guard was nice and welcoming. The waiting process did take a while. There was one ahead of us but we waited almost an hour and at that time there was only 2 employees helping the members. We finally got helped and Danielle was the lady that helped us. She was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had so many questions about the whole refraining process, opening different accounts and she provided us with very informative answers. Even though it was a long process she made the whole process really easy and smooth. Through the process while waiting for an approval and the necessary paper work she had to call me back and she promptly did. She was very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her. I'm currently a credit union member and their policies are very similar, so no complaints there. So far my experience with them was good, no complaints really besides the wait time, but that could easily be fix by making an appointment online through the EECU app, very easy to navigate and user friendly. But there are special circumstances to be able to join this bank, if you don't fall in the criteria there is a one time $10 dollar donation to the local schools.
