a female employee was unbelievably rude to my wife. She just showed me the video. I didn't realize that my wife was being harassed so much behind my back. She said her name is Elaine or Ellen.I'll go to another branch from now on. and I ordered checkbooks that day but still have not received . Even though my wife told employee at the counter twice about the checkbook order.

I visited this brunch with my husband who has a little memory problem because he wanted to withdraw some cash for Christmas trip. My husband's older sister "KAREN" is his POA. because she is suspicious of me. "KAREN" thinks I am going to rob his money. LOL.My husband's language is not perfect now so I accompanied him. One banker name "Elaine" "Ellen" or Éirinn？I dont know (I think she should change her name to "KAREN".) tried to kick me out from the bank. Because I'm not his POA? She has no right to do that. I told her if the bank had that right, she should have show me the manual.Of course she has no such documents. I called 119 and she ran away. She is the one tried to get rid of me so She should have the responsibility to talk to 911 operater. but when I called 911,She ran!I am also a customer of this bank. That woman is so rude. It is up to her to think about me as a thief because she was brainwashed by my husband's older sister KAREN.But You know that my husband is not a millionaire. LMAO!※You bankers should think better. Who manipulated my husband and whose name the money he got is now in. And that person is immediately converting the check obtained from my husband into cash while pretending to be concerned about my husband's money.If I want get my husband's small small money,I can let him to sighn to revoke"Karen's POA" and I would be his POA. To me that is the easy.My husband will sign them if I want him to. Think about it. Why wouldn't I do it? I am not like his family.I am not a money hungry. I am not interested in money.It is obvious that as a banker "Elaine", should not be that rude to a customer.She ran behind the counter without apology to me.You guys have to remember. YES I am asian but I'm not from poor country. Do NOT disrespect your customer.. I'm NOT a stupid. Last March I was also harassed by this woman. My husband wanted to see the details of the inheritance he received from his father online, and when I told her this, she goes... "That it's YOU who wants to see it!" She told me that I am the one who wants to see his account!what???? do I need to see that online ?? my husband has already shown me a copy and I don't care about that money. but my husband wanted to see that online everyday for some reason.Well, the account is not even in his own name already, I knew it off caurse. But Still, I needed to explain to the banker what he was trying to say.I'm not interested in that. Is this rude statement correct as a banker? I am not interested in the inheritance he received. If she takes my husband's sister's words to heart and wants to think I am a bad woman, that's OK. But her statement and attitude is totally unprofessional. She should NOT say that to me like that. That statement is clearly harassment against me.I have never seen a banker as rude as she is.I was made to feel terrible by this woman right before a Christmas trip with my husband.And Shouldn't u people have called my husband's "POA KAREN" before spending your time harassing me? Yet you all called her after we left. We wasted our time and Uber fees. I will never forget the evil, mean look on this banker's face when she tried to get me out. She treated me like a criminal.

Bank located in Clovis West High School. Small office with personality. Has a great program for the students to work as tellers. Avoid when school releases students to go home.

I went to the Clovis West high branch today and had a wonderful experience with a student teller. She was so well mannered and receptive. I'm very happy to see EECU doing a huge part in preparing these young adults. It's a big responsibility that all businesses should consider. Our children and future (theirs and ours, too) are valuable enough and worth the risk. Thank you EECU!!!

Only reason I’m giving 2 starts and not one, is because they are usually very helpful, but today on the other hand when i called in i had the …… of talking to miss “Betty” now i was very polite and respectful as i always am, because no one wants to be on the phone with a j**** But Betty was very rude mono tone, and acted as of i had inconvenienced her afternoon by calling in for a little bit of help. Betty, do better.

I went in with rolled up cash that was in my savings tin as well as a few another transactions and Nico was very kind and patient with the entire process. 10/10 will be coming back for the polite and kind staff!

I visited this branch to inquire about auto and solar loans, as well as open a checking account. I made an appointment beforehand and was checked in by the teller. I was pleased to see students operating the teller stations. I met with Michelle who informed me I meet the requirements to open an account by virtue of my children attending school and my wife working at Fresno State. It was good to learn that I did not have to work in education myself. The entire process of opening a checking account was super smooth, and Michelle was also able to let me know of the interest rates I would get on auto and ECOlogical loans, by doing a quick credit check. Michelle printed a debit card on-site, which I’ve never experienced at any other bank. Finally, she let me know that I could open bank accounts for our elementary school child. I returned later with my child whom Michelle very warmly guided opening an account of their own.Overall, a wonderful experience. Telling all my friends about this hidden gem of a branch.Tips: they have reserved parking right in front of the branch; also, they have a coin machine that customers can use free of charge.

Since this bank is close to my house, my dog and I visit quite often. The students and staff are so friendly. My dog especially loves Michele because she gives my dog so much attention and she also gives her treats.
